    - John Ibbitson,Globe and Mail Link All I can add to that is.. God, I hope he's right!
  2. I got my income tax refund $415.03 Thank you Québec City! Now let's see how much Ottawa owe me
  3. mm Oklahoma City area got a population of 1.3 million. Would that really be enough to support a team in an area where hockey is not the number 1 sport? Ottawa area population is slightly lower than that, hockey is definitively the number 1 sport in that aregion and the Sens used to have lot of problem before the cap...
  4. I'm playing Suikoden V which is an awesome game, so I'm happy
  5. Sucks than we will loose him for nothing, we could had traded him for something at the deadline O well, good luck in the future Jan.
  6. Maybe they hurt in that way, but on the other hand it permit players that play despites injuries to get much needed rest Such a break would had helped the Habs big time. Kovalev, Ryder, Rivet were all playing despites injuries, plus perhaps it would had gave enough time for Koivu to come back.
  7. Holy crap, did you see that I sure didnt expected it!

    Yay! Tax Cuts

Note : I got no idea if this post is your real opinion or not I certainly don't like huge spending programs, and that's a big reason why I voted Conservative in 2004 and 2006 and would do so again in an heartbeat .I want less governement in my life, not more. Another reason whny I vote CPC : I'm still pissed at the liberals because of adscam .
  9. I feel very empty inside. They really deserved the win tonight, but Cam Ward was a God. I'll cheer for Ottawa for the rest of the playoffs, but it just wont be the same.

  14. Downey is at least trying to do something ,unlike Ribiero and Bulis...
  15. Pathetic first period, they are very lucky to be down by only a goal. Depressing.
  16. TV and radio really doesnt make justice to the ambiance in the arena. You have to be they're to realise how crazy it is Take my word for it Yes indeed. I was in the 300s personally (cheaper section) and the people in the 100 and 200s were cheering a lot less than us common folsk were. i'm sure the 120 decibles bareeer could have been broken if you took the measurement in the middle of the 300 section. On another hand, the noise on level 100 wasnt even at 100 deciblels. But I have to be fair : some of them were cheering like us, just not nowhere near as many. But we need both type of fans, we won't be able to pay the million$ in salaries to the players if every ticket is sold $38 like mine afterall.
  17. man I was at the Bell Centre yesterday and I can tell you guys.. all that cheering was marvelous 114 decibels according to the newpaper.. and I have no trouble believing it.. I tought the roof was gonna explode from all the noise! BTW a plane taking off makes a noise of 120 decibels
  18. .. when the habs dont leave you alone, even in yoru dreams... Yup, I'm guilty of that. I actually dreamt about the game yesterday! haha
  19. And I'll be in the belly of the beast. My father won tickets for tomorrow game Cant wait, this will be my first time at Bell Centre, and the first time I'll see an NHL playoff game life, altough I did went to Corel Centre before.
