Wow! just back last night from a full week out of the habsworld, up in the mountains where hockey doesn't live. What happened there is now past but i was very shocked to see the poor results of that important week. In fact i am glad i didn't see it, i can watch and hope for the best. Let's enjoy it !, a chase for playoffs is fun, it was sure not expected but it will give us some interesting and stressful experience. Go habs Go.

Some time to kill before taking the plane, evey other threads are too depressing. I am out of communication for the next 4 games and i wish a winning streak and take a big chunk of these games in hands and more points ahead of the 9th seed at my return. There are some positives. Plekanek is on fire, nobody else seems to realise that. Tanguay game shape is better and better. Higgins as now a role that fits is abilities. Third line Pk, stop worry about fancy play and do the hard work and brain cells are back. Unlike some people say he is not a dork, he is a smart man, maturity will comes as he's afraid to lose his career, he takes it and desrves a second chance. Schneider is a leader, a veru good acquisition by Bob. With Kovy back on the PP goals will come. Latendresse is ready to be back. He was having the best presence on the ice of his young career when he went down. FINALLY if we except Lang all the players are there to make a good last push. They are gonna make these playoffs !! And when the foot will be in there anything can happen.

Kovalev and Latendresse are a major boost for next game. Two major reasons. Kovalev for the PP. We need to get it back. Latendresse for physical presence and puck retiliation in the opponent zone creating chances of scoring on what could be a very interesting third line. I am not slumbing into desperation and calling players names, i have watched my previous posts and i am not a player basher. Sometimes but i stupidly believe intentions are very good from the players. I stand by them all until they are out of the pictures this year, i will as a true fan should be there for the good and the bad. Hopefully there is going to be something good happening, thi being said ER is leaving for Aspen with the hope of seeing more happiness around in habsworld = wins and fun for the game.

I am positive the team will rebound in the third but the play of AK46, Komisarek and total lack of grit is what killing this team. Price, Tanguay and Higgins will save the game. Lapierre line does very good.

Komisarek s*ck big time. He didn't do anthing good in that game, in fact he should be romoved. Which Carbo realised way long before.

Regardless of his numbers this year which are meaningless because of his injury the first priority should be on Tanguay. He still can skate, sees the ice very well, create plays and can bury the puck in the net. He still has very good years ahead of him unlike Kovy and Saku. Komisarek has become a question mark ???, i am not sure anymore, he has platooned and became a stedy defensemen, now he has regressed, because of an injury? maybe Don't know the insight but from outside would i'd like to see Montreal invest 4 million+ for a d in a one dimension player that can't pass or shoot past he red line. When is the last time you've seen Komisarek make a crisp sharp pass in the offensive zone ? I think one of the reason Gainey put so much commitment to O'byrne(Lever being is mentor) is that he see him as a replacement dor Komisarek as a stay at home D that can hit for a lot cheaper.

I really wonder how Gainey will make this team play full 60 minutes, be more aggressive in the middle zone, protect the goalie and capitalize on their scoring opportunities. This in just 16 games. Better register team to Pimp my team.

Gainey destiny is in the players hand. Lever has assistant coach is the best thing that could happened to this team. Why the sarcasm?? He is the one that saw and develop most of the players on that team. He is no way a Muller type. He's not a boot shiner and the water boy. Did you ever heard of his comments after a losing streak. Habs are bipolar and the whole city slumbs back into his mediocrity. This twon lost it's losing MLB club because they didn't support them. They brought up the Alouettes CFL to a representative team in a Canadian market, the fans and media just left the boat two years ago. The Impact are trying to make a splash but their only lost will cost against better team level will cost them a lot next year. There will be ho hype there. They lost F1 Formula race because they simply never renewed the rats paddocks and transforming it on a modern race track.
