  1. Claude Lemieux was a beaut, trainers wouldn't even leave the bench with him flipping and flopping all over the ice.
  2. Jeepers, I thought he actually cranked it up at end of season, but you could be on to something (or I mean on something). And kissass guy, also was the guy who called out Mgmt as a rookie and didn't pull any punches with the media. But, you obviously have some inside information and wouldn't just be spouting foolishness would you. Who is saying he is a kissass player and Molson's best friend, lets hear it? Carbo? maybe as the disgruntled fired coach I bet is dishing out the scoop on Pacioretty.
  3. I heard that Subban is the designated NHLPA Diving instructor. He does it so well now that he gets away with most of his flops, like I said, he is highly skilled.
  4. A very skilled diving giveaway machine.
  5. Pezzetta no points in 3 gms, but managed 9pims last game. Is he Conner Crisp II?
  6. Oh ya, forgot to add that Subban is NHL champion diver (was thinking it was only giveaways he led NHL in). Will he repeat and hold on to that title also again this year in Nashville?
  7. Yawn (but the obvious man-crush is kinda cute ).
  8. No, don't think so. Most have seen enough of his games to make up their own mind on that. Not sure how you else you would put it? But he is on the scoresheet often and entertains, so all is forgiven (by most). Like a Brett Hull, who could really score but his backchecking effort is a standing joke, but who cares he could really score. Every player does have weaknesses...even your besets buddy P.K. isn't perfect.
  9. Just because he may be best evaluator of d-men for the last 30 years, dosent make him automatically right. And Hockey Canada has won a few more championships lately than that Puke Yellow team in Tennessee.
  10. Saw the 7 PIMs, but assumed was check from behind or something, not a fight.
  11. Sergachev 1g 1a in 2gms Bourque 1g 4a in 3 gms, nice start for him. Bradley 1g 1a in 1st gm.
  12. Well, cant hit broadside of barn with a puck (Pacioretty will vouch for that), very timid to take a hit to make a play for teammate, will cough up puck to avoid being hit, he is pussycat of a d-man (or say Kovalev-tough), likely confuses his own forwards often with his ad-lib rushes and Savardian spinoramas, he said it isnt his job to score (and he played that part well last year), for starters.
  13. I know, you jumped to Subban's defense and voiced same opinion of it, seems long ago when I brought it up before (on a different website). I wont pester you anymore about it. Anyways, in another 5 weeks we shall see how this trade actually starts to play out.
  14. Thanks, I was kinda thinking Shinkaruk would of been a good option in 2013, but Canucks grabbed him then we luckily got McCarron...yee haw. So seems just another odd deal for Canucks to make.
  15. Are you a Biostatistician in your spare time, on top of everything else? Scream bias, not so much, question its influence for sure.
  16. Who would you say got better kid in trade Flames (Shinkaruk) or Canucks (Granlund)? Flames? Do you feel Goldobin and Sprong are (will be) that much better than Scherbak?
  17. "the stats" hmmm, but only those you agree with and support your argument. "If the facts don't fit the theory, change the facts." a.e. always comes to mind when someone is keeps saying this stat is more important than those omitted.
  18. Actually not just Bell stat guys, eye test also says Subban coughs up puck often (we all know he will look at and blame his skates for falling down) and not just that he dogs it when backchecking, not that he would be quick enough to get back but, give an effort to make up for your mistake would seem appropriate.
  19. I know he was a goalie and then with Isles and hockey canada (I think), but good hire I wouldn't have a clue.
  20. Real question should be, why are they so darn sloppy at home?
