  1. Carey has made some other super saves (1st goal was softish, out of position seemed).
  2. Glue someone to Stamkos's side for this PK. soft one eh
  3. Malone is very easily wound up.
  4. Road game, so just kill clock and em with kindness . (But would be fun to see Murray flatten Malone, spice it up a bit! )
  5. Briere & DD doing well on faceoffs. Weaver +1, 1shot, 1 assist, couple hits and blocked shot, seems a very nice pick-up..
  6. Nice PK. Stamkos will get his goals sooner or later, but just got to limit him a bit and Tamps should be beatable..
  7. Like Bournival's speed. Poor Rene, just cant score. Good battle by Price. Wow, lil Brendan!
  8. Was an exhibition game vs Fla. Entertaining practice; but, still would of been hard to lose to ( or get motivated for) AHL calibre team.
  9. Poor Trevor, he was spoiled with all the picks in last couple years and this year a 1st and then waits till 3rd round.
  10. How do you think Weaver-Gorges will do on the PK in playoffs? Could be super having 2 Gorges-type d-men and not need Frankie-Murray to play as much. I assume the witty Website 'CBC' bashing logo is April 1st related? Too sad how true it is.
  11. I aint a goalie critic, but you know if you criticize lil Carey, not all will see it your way. And I for one am quite happy with his play and don't think he will let team down. Leaving Stamkos wide open for his 1-timer is what worries me.
  12. I like that Bishop has zero NHL playoff games and his only pro-playoff game was a AHL-loss. Gallagher may have trouble running him over, but you know he will try.
  13. Those 2 sound like likely canditates, but Lefebvre said he liked Czarnik's 'compete level' and must of liked him getting pummelled on teammates behalf, but dumb penalties he has taken should put him in pressbox. But he is a sneaky coach and will be Thomas-Andrighetto (because they arnt hitting or something)
  14. (a rich loser ) I imagine he is fine person, but, I just don't think he has any 'hockey IQ' and seems to actually think he is playing fine as is? But the fly-bye stick checks and slamming on the brakes to avoid hitting an opponent (sometimes even when that opponent has the puck), is just odd for a big guy?
  15. Hey hey hey! Now you are getting with the program!
  16. Was waiting for this, am curious to see how Crispy's game translates to pro? Will be hard to judge in final few games, but maybe he will stand out and have an impact? Vail I assume will do fine as he did last spring.
  17. Same as Bergevin said (in his interview with Nilan), need to find power-forwards/size/gritty player in the draft. And if arnt breaking down they are highly valued by draft team until they are UFA, then some dumbass GM will overpay. Prust was one who Habs got for a very fair price and even with his injuries he has be a positive on team. Moan has been a solid one also, but more at a slightly high price for bottom six guy (but he is just great on the PK).
  18. Sorkin been fine, not sure if has had much icetime in his 2 games. Had good scoring chance in very first shift, but hasn't really stood out good/bad.
  19. Well, they won and Pateryn-Andrighetto-Blunden had nice games. http://theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1012116
  20. Blunden ties it up with his 16th, from Andrighetto Sniper Tarnasty gets his 13th and Dogs up 3-2 in 3rd. Dogs PP suck so bad, they give up SH goal and 3-3 with 4 minutes left. Dumbasses! Pateryn rips a shot from high slot and 4-3 (DW says set up by great work by Andrighetto)
  21. Interesting match-up. I think 2 keys stats, Habs 8th in Goals against, Tampa 8th in Goal for. But, if DD line is still hot in 2 1/2 weeks, got to give Habs the edge.
  22. Another stoppable one on Mayer, 2-1
