puck7x
:ghg: Kovalev's debut. I heard on Team990 that he will play with Zed/Koivu, so its confirmed. Coyotes have been unloading a few players lately (Hrdina, Sillinger) and are missing Nagy to injury, so that helps the habs cause... :ghg:

Natural Mystic
i can't wait for this game... i kinda missed the last game cause it was late... but i need a habs game!! and its only 2 hours away!! i think the habs are gonna play a great game! :ghg:
Habs77
that's the first line. Perreault-Ribeiro-Ryder is the 2nd line. Begin-Juneau-Dackell Langdon-Dowd-Ward This a pure move to make the vet Koivu happy. Perreault was doing well on the Koivu line, I would have left him there for now. But anyway, that's ok. I DO agree with keeping Perreault over Dagenais, the way both have been playing that was a no-brainer. Well now that the decision's been made, it's done. Now let's go out and win this one convincingly. P.S. I'll also be curious to see what happens on the PP. For now, while Souray is still out... I think Kovalev just plays in Souray's spot and all the rest stays as it was. Koivu on the point. [Edited on 6-3-04 by Habs77]

From what you just said it sounds like you want 2 forwards on the point... lol I think the PP will look like.... Ryder - Koivu - Ribeiro Markov - Kovalev Then the 2nd unit... Dagenais - Perreault - Zednik Bouillon - Brisebois Though, who knows... it could be anything.
Quebecois
If you were implying that we should have Kovalev AND Koivu on the point, i think thats nuts. Then your completely subjecting yourself to SHG. As far as the game goes, i can't wait. This might be the most anticipated game of the year for me (besides the opener), i can't wait to see how both our new players play! :ghg:

bombTHEice
CJAD 800 said that Juneau is out with the flu and Dowd will play on the 3rd. They also said that Dagenais had another hefty conversation in front of the team hotel as Julien told him that he won't play ... right now it seems that he will play because Juneau is out of the lineup. What's going on with Dagnenais: first the little fight with Rivet, then the shouting with Cube, then he didn't even welcomed Dowd and now the shouting with Julien .... better they send him down to Hamilton when Bulis is back. :nono: [Edited on 6-3-04 by habsfannr1]

bombTHEice
Why is Dagenais playing instead of Kilger?? I think it would have been better with Kilger on the 4th and Perreault on the 2nd.

Fanpuck33_
Pathetic powerplay, you have to shoot to score.
Habinator33
yea powerplay looked pretty sloopy i was surprised to still see Koivu on the point. They'll get it together eventually they just need to get used to each other.
puck7x
Really sad PP, had a 5 on 3 for almost 2 minutes... I dont think we got one shot. Good news, getting another shot on it... Bad news, if we dont score we might be in trouble, cause you know the refs are going to even up the calls. :ghg:
Natural Mystic
0 for 3... this is bad, but i think once they get their first goal they will start flying...
puck7x
Failed to score on another weak PP, 0/3 now.... Sigh... Oh well, it will improve... we have too many talented players, they'll make it work.

puck7x
Did anyone see the last few minutes of the Flyers/Sens game? Crazy stuff... fights after every puckdrop, a goalie fight... Both teams only left with 6 players to end the game. lol Nuts
