Guy10
It's time for Ryder to pump in a few....and todays the day!!:ghg::ghg::clap:
sakiqc
Yes, today's THE day. If Habs can't adjust now.. it'll be too late. But, if we win this afternoon we have a chance.. we come back home at 1-1 with the momentum. With the crowd we win both at home.. and everything will be possible.:/) It's the most important game of the season.. so far. :ghg: My prediction: 3-0 Habs Theo will answer to Khabib sho, and Ryder will wake up, like Lecavlier did last game. Go Ryder!
habsgirl
I agree, Ryder will get on his horse this game and show us what he's REALLY made of! I say he get's at least one goal, and one assist. And I predeict a goal for Kovy. OLE! Ole, ole, ole! Ole! OLE! :hlogo::hlogo:
puck7x
This is it habs, show what your made of. We know that we are alot better then we showed in game-1 ... Its time to cut down on the turnovers and defend against Tampa's quick transition... plus we desparately need to get the offense going, Khabby had an easy night in game-1 , lets test him... :ghg::ghg::ghg: We did not come this far for nothing. We did not come this far to just fold it up...
johnnyhasbeen
We have to win this one along the boards. If we aren't winning in the corners it will be a replay of last game. Ryder is long over due and not because of his play. He will put a few in soon and today would be a great time to start. Ribs has to pick it up a notch and a goal from Sourey would be helpful. I told a buddy of mine that was over for game one that it will take the habs 1 or 2 games to adjust to TB and then we will handle them easily. He disagreed, but being a Philly fan he shows his lack of hockey knowledge. Still say habs in 6 philly in 5 Calgary-Habs final. :ghg::hlogo::/)
puck7x
Dags is out, Langdon in... Perreault - Ribeiro - Ryder The habs better win, or else CJ will go back to a lineup with Dags playing, and the fans will be angry. lol
habsfan88
Lineup change. Zednik taken off first line, dagenais taken off and langdon put on. Bulis takes zednik's place on first line.
puck7x
1-0 Tampa, they score on 5/3 ... A very generous 5/3 given by refs... :puke:
Leafs Suck
Bettman wants to make sure no Canadian team gets out of the 2nd round... He wants the game to be sold in Tampa and San Jose.
ryder_rocks
Much better feel so far to game 2. Lets hope the early lack of discipline (or lack of good officiating) is not a difference-maker. EDIT: That's the Theodore this team needs! OMG, I cant believe its not 2 or 3 to nothing. [Edited on 2004/4/25 by ryder_rocks]
Leafs Suck
Much better feeling? 5-0 shots for Tampa? I don't see how anyone could feel good about that.
ryder_rocks
They aren't shooting much, nor should they. You need to be defensive against this Tampa Bay club. Shoot, 2-0.
Leafs Suck
8-0 in shots... Ouch... Habs are getting 0wned
puck7x
2-0 Tampa... :puke::puke::puke: At least when Boston beat us in game #2 we were competitive.
Leafs Suck
Differene is, we showed up for game two and should have won it. This game is a repeat of the first one. Last time the Habs won a 7 game series, they were swept in the next round.

Spider-Man NL
2-1 <img src=http://metroboards.com/forums/metrofolder/teamsmilies/tam2.GIF> at the end of one period. Koivu scored the only goal for the :hlogo: in that period, Markov & Kovalev got the assist. :ghg:
Prime Minister Koivu
We need to get our defensive game in order. Where the hell is the checking? We are skating around in circles in our own end. My god, Markov are you for real? Where is Begin's head crunching hits? The whole team looks scared. We need to stand them up at the blueline, not let them dance in and set up plays. We solve our defensive game and we stand a decent chance. We are spending the whole game in our own end. How the hell will we score that way? COME ON HABS BTW - Theo has been incredible. Should be 5-1 right now. :ghg:
