Athlétique.Canadien
BOb is getting in a perfect position to pull off a good trade. The kids make it possible. This is cool.

JoeLassister
It's official. It will take a little time. But BOTH Kostitsyn's are nightmares. Sergei has passed the true overall test IMO! He did it tonight and the game isn't over. NHL will come in time for Sergei and it's prime time for Andrei. COOL! Photo courtesy of Freaky Habs Fan @ HF. It's sized to be a desktop. :hlogo: hey PTG, these jerseys don't make Kost brothers look skinny... I have ABSOLUTELY no problem with the news jerseys. Easy Ryder
I will say it again the 2 goals by Isles were at equal forces and Koivu and Ryder were on the ice. In the hits were O'byrne 5 Hammer, Cube , 4 Bégin 3 Below 2 hits i consider it not enought Garth Murray 1 freaking hit, Kostopoulos 1, Lapierre 0 Gorges 0 . Some understood Carbo message some other didn't.

Partisan
to me Latendresse and D'Agostini played fine, but like a previous poster said, Plekanec was the real star of the game in my book.
Athlétique.Canadien
So, Price survives another day before likely being cut to Hamilton. Carbo and Rollie want to have one more look at him. Why not? His flaws are clear but his saves are dynamite. There's still a chance but a small one regardless of how well he has played and how fans feel about it. They definitely do not want to throw him to the wolves like Pittsburgh did with MA Fleury. MAF has taken so long to develop because the Pens started him too soon. Another player who immediately comes to mind being too rushed in Zubrus by Philly. It's ruined his career basically. True he isn't a goalie but I'm talking about rushing any player - it's a bad policy. Ideally, Hamilton will be good training for Price. After he plays about 20 games in Hamilton, he'll be ready. Close, so close Carey. But not quite close enough. Maybe he'll prove me wrong :hlogo:
Easy Ryder
Hits are a terrible stat becuase what exactly classifies a hit. Also Murray played excellent yesterday. For me a hit his using his body to prevent opponent to go beyond you, it means never give up a inch and make the opponent pay for every inch he tries to go ahead. For me hits and Shot blocks are a very important issue. This is why some people call Montreal soft, i understand that some players do not need to hit to play their game. But if need to do so, do it for sakes. And if you are paid around 1 million to hit and are not be physical and you don't do it, you deseve to be pointed out as much as scorers who don't score.
