ShortHanded
So true Cuke! and absolutely hilarious.... Still, I'm glad it was said on CBC, even though it was only said by Cherry, who is a clown...

Pierre the Great
Only the ones paid to comment on hockey Well considering his show is awesome in my books, and he's right after mansbridge on cbc, when he used to be on newsworld. He always makes it known that he is a Habs fan. He's got a captains jersey in his office that is shown on tv, gosh 3 times a week. He even does Montreal shout outs. He's cooler then Grapes anyway. Favourite late night show.
lazy26
'bout time Cherry said something intelligent.
brobin
While that was funny, in the case of Koivu I have never heard Cherry say a bad word about him. He has always supported Koivu since way back in the mid-nineties. The consistent comment about Saku from Cherry has been "classy guy", 'warrior" and 'get some real players for him to play with". Other then that, the list was dead on.
smon
Yeah he has always said good thingd about Koivu, although he'll be damned if he would ever bother to learn how to correctly pronounce "Koivoi".
