dlbalr
Dalton Thrower won't be back which should come as a surprise to absolutely no one. He signed a one-year deal with Allen of the ECHL, affiliate of San Jose.

He missed nearly half his last junior season and that cut into his rookie pro year. The second year he only played in 38 games (I think he had a concussion but I can't remember) while in 2016-17, he missed most of the year with...something. (I had seen injury as well as him taking time off to ponder his playing future speculated as reasons why he was out so long.) All in all, in three seasons in Montreal's system, he played in 88 regular season games. (Come to think of it, that's a lot like Crisp.) He was more of an offensive guy in junior and his defensive game was so-so. The latter never really improved much while his offence dried up. I thought he had a shot at being a semi-useful fourth line energy winger if they'd have tried to change his position as that's basically what his game is (lacking refinement but a willingness to get involved physically).

Well, Crisp was a bit like him at the end of Prust's time with Montreal as well as his year in Vancouver - a roster filler that didn't really contribute anything of consequence. I thought Crisp could have been a bit more useful but the injuries were a killer for him.

Most (if not all) teams have a full-time broadcast crew so as long as you're willing to listen to the opposition feed, there should be. I'll be curious to see if there's a French broadcast team for Laval as well; if not, that's going to be pretty weak to only have a handful of home games and no road games broadcast locally.
