I know Hab fans usually over hype rookies like a lot of Canadian fan bases do but for a guy that didn't score a goal in his first 2 seasons I don't think he was considered a sensation. I’m talking about his first several weeks in Montreal. It took a while for him to sink like a stone. Meanwhile there was the usual, tiresome, unrealistic hysteria and hype that usually follows a Habs prospect who temporarily exceeds expectations (e.g., Ryan Poehling).
