Keep thinking, if Hughes hadnt traded for Barron, would he still be on the team? Maybe has improved, i dont see it. Dvorak 8 of 11 on face offs, he will always be good there it seems; Kapanen needs to improve on that and just coming back older stronger next year should help.

Maybe is simply the uniform, but just reminded me of a young Pacioretty with his skating, but a better playmaker. He seems smart & shifty and blew through Minni end to end several times. Hage plays again today. Demidov already played today, no game stats yet.

Guhle specifically talked about his weight; got heavier, but felt worse so dropped weight or something like that, so staying at lighter weight is on purpose, is what i got from it. Struble, if he can defend better than Xhekaj, he has OK puck and skating skills also and should slot in, but likely will rotate with Xhekaj anyways and always will be injuries. Armia does seem a good 2nd line option, if he can pick up where he left off last season, might be good fit.

Here is his game shifts, he is #19; From the look of it he is #1 PP man?, carrying puck up and being fed puck once in offensive zone. So he likely will get lots of offensive opportunities this year.
