  1. 3-1 dosent look good..Pacquale coming in maybe?
  2. Vejdemo 1g 1a vs Lehkonen(5) 1g today (nice to see Vejdemo get on scoresheet with his 2nd SHL goal)
  3. Barberio is -7 in last 5gms in AHL and simply might not have the defense to bump anyone slotted above him (why he has played 318 games as a pro and is still in AHL)?
  4. Agree 100% with Commandant, need more than 1 big weapon up front to get cup...I think?
  5. Love 3 on 3, improvement for sure.
  6. Maybe all the weight he has packed on in last two years maybe has something to do with it? But I wouldn't worry too much about it yet, just a young AHL rookie.
  7. Yes good to see Semin get his much anticipated return over with and hope he rips up the Aves! But I don't anticipate that happenin.
  8. So is still just a nasty rumour that Semin will dress? Nice to see Pateryn draw in, wonder what Mark Tinordi has to say to Bergy about that?
  9. Max had 5/ Gallagher had 3, no other forward had more than 1g in last years playoffs. To go deeper in playoffs may need one more highly skilled forward (and not one named Semin).
  10. Juulsen 7pt in 12gms Bradley 8pt in 14gms Addison 15pt in 19gms Bourque 18pts in 20gms Evans 11pt in 10gms
  11. 7 shots for Holloway & 6 for Andrighetto. Nice give and go goal for Holloway to Hudon for that one handed tip in and sweet pass off boards from Fucale (2a in 8gms) to Thomas in OT for winner. Dietz with semi-breakaway on his PP goal and he seems to be producing a bit more this year, he has 3g already and only had 4 all of last year
  12. Yes but Habs never have two 35g scorers on same team since...? Weise & Max on pace for 39g Gallagher & Plekanec on pace for 34g (Will they all continue to score at same rate? I would guess 2 at best will.)
  13. But is that good to not have a top ten scorer? Wouldn't you ultimately want a couple top forwards in scoring race?
  14. Fucale 1st star of game eh, nice to hear. On paper seems like was a good game, a PP goal and an OT win, cool.
  15. Addison 1g 1a today, 9g 15pts in 19gms. Bourque 1a, 18pts in 20gms Evans gets 1g, 3pts in 2 games vs NEastern
  16. Galchenyuk doing fine without sack of something Semin, Mgmt also saw Semin for several weeks prior to 9 game reg season and maybe just possibly he wasn't "the hardest worker" nor gave 100% during training camp nor pre-season and Bergevin might of said "Whoops" oh well add another Briere-PAP to my resume, give him a couple weeks Mikey and see how he does, in meantime I will grab this speedy gritty lil fellow from the Flames?
  17. Yes cant believe am saying this, but hope Leafs start winning a few more.
  18. Burns seems a solid big skilled all round good player.
  19. Habs 'maybe' offered 2nd rd pick for Tinordi (LeBrun noted); Matt Duchene & Ryan Johansen names were mentioned as rumorable offered/asked for players.
  20. Emelin does have more hits than Subban + Petry combined, or Markov + Subban + Gilbert combined and 100% of hits that actually inflicted a bruise or two. Yes he is scary with puck but Habs are constantly being outhit as is. Which maybe quite meaningless but he does defend OK and team is winning and not giving up many goals with he and Gilbert both playing a fair amount of icetime.
  21. Sounds like Iginla wants no part in agreeing to any trade, due to family reasons, so can likely cross him off. What other teams are sucking? Columbus have any real targets that might realistically be pried away? ...Philly, Ducks, San Jose?
  22. Saw him play couple times last year and he stood out in a good way (not head and shoulders, I am obviously a bit biased, but very good for a freshman for sure). HabProspects show 2a in game now, in 3-2 game at end of 2nd at the moment. (10pts in 9gms now, which is solid production).
  23. Hope his defensive play sharpens up when he does get back in and or he starts producing offensively (a la McCarron). Friggin de la Rose seems to be following LL's route to nowhere; looks good with Habs, goes back to AHL and plays like an average AHLer, then gets injured... Good thing he is a strong skater/checker and biggish.
  24. Why, did Pitt score because of Gilbert? Did they lose because of him? I don't recall Gilbert doing anything too bad, penalty was bit of goof up but not as "Stupid" as some as complaining about. But, wouldn't break my heart if Gregory does finally get a game. Again we are talking about a bottom six d-man, so not a big deal which one dresses.
