David B
so .... what about those Staal brothers? They're starting a petition to have the legal drinking age in Minnesota lowered to 18 based on Pierre's view. (which I happen to agree with)
Pierre the Great
Did I read that last sentence right? Minnesota was the last state to go 21 too. '91 I believe was when they upped it. but if you try to lower it washington then black mails you. If you lower it to 18 or 19 you lose all federal funding for roads for your state. Oh how democratic Edited August 21, 2007 by Pierre the Great
Tony
Boooo. Don't lower the drinking age. It's always fun to see Americans come to downtown Montreal to get hammered.
Pierre the Great
good point. Highly doubt Cancun would be so popular if it wasn't for the lower drinking age. Same with Tijuana. Wonder how much tourism money is made on americans leaving the united puritan states to the land of the freer for a beer run?
