The winning team is penalized in the last 5. Pens wild 3rd period : 14:56 Tyler Kennedy: 2 Minutes for Interference of Kurtis Foster Habs / Thrashers : 13:38 Ken Klee: 2 Minutes for High-sticking Alexei Kovalev (that was not a high sticking penalty) Coyotes / Blues : 13:53 Steve Reinprecht: 2 Minutes for Hooking Bryce Salvador 3 out of 5 games had penalties in around the last 5 minutes to the winning team. That is a penalty, and should be called every damn time. Why only call careless stick contact when it clips someone in the face and hurts them? If you want to condition players to keep their sticks down, you hit them with a penalty every time their stick makes contact with another player above the shoulders. Quote

If you want to condition players to keep their sticks down, you hit them with a penalty every time their stick makes contact with another player above the shoulders. yeah, you're right about this actually, and I was just making a joke that the color people are so obnoxious to distract us from bad calls that was the right call, just because he was hit in the helmet shouldn't make a difference, it's like saying it should only be a penalty if the player gets hit dead on in the face sticks need to stay down Quote
