A lack of simmers hurt but when we were down to 15, everyone's enthusiasm more or less faded. I think if we had 24 or so GM's, we'd have had a couple of willing simmers and some of the vets (like myself) would have been more interested in shouldering some of the 'admin' type of work. Quote

When I joined, 3-4-5 teams without a gm. when it folded, 15 or so... Quote
