mathieug
If coaching staff wants to be correct Danis should get the start for this one. This has nothing to do with Théo, it's just a matter of respect for the kid that got thrown in on saturday. It was probably in Juliens' plans before the 5-2 loss. The kid will get another start later this week. Good thing, like I was telling for a couple of weeks now, Danis needs (AHL) icetime.
simonus
well... montreal has been improving in faceoff% and SOG. Lundquist has been playing out of his mind and looks like he will be a #1 quality goaltender, but let's wipe some the lipstick off this pig on Monday, please? Nobody in the league can stop 38 out of 40 shots from the Canadiens on a consistent basis - just hope the team remembers that in the first period. It looks like Zed is back on the first line, lets hope that Perezhogin can play nicely with Ribs and Ryder. I thought Zed did a good job on the 2nd line last game and although the 1st might be better with him, putting him on the second line might end up balancing the scoring (although ribs and ryder are starting to look statistically respectable). Go Habs.
bebehabs
but theo plays WELL at the madison square garden (sumthing like 4-1-0-0) and this is going to be a revenge time for theo~ whatever happen : GO HABS GO!!!

Psycing
I missed the last game... but apparently Dags had a good game? lol. Are we going to dress 7 D or?
Dutch_Habs_Fan
put Dags on that 3th line with Bonk and Bulis (they can both play enough D so Dags can play his Sloppy D again) So we have our great 4th line with Plekanec Higgins and mighty Begin!! Gotta kick some tomorrow tonight, we need this win. Theo needs this win (if he plays, a shutout would be nice) [Edited on 2005/10/30 by Dutch_Habs_Fan]

And you got BUlis and Bonk there, they got all the D quality you need!

Prime Minister Koivu
A good opportunity for Theo to bounce back after that horrible game on saturday. I want a win :ghg: The only saving grace from that loss saturday was the leafs getting hammered 8-0. It almost makes our loss less painful - almost. :hlogo:
revvvrob
Go Theo Go!!! Bounce back with a vengeance! Habs are solid on the road - well coached - they'll be ready for this one.
simonus
according to the gazette: Sundstrom is back and Rucinsky is out. Always nice to get ex-habs out of the game (they seem to be quite pesky....) With Sundstrom in I guess: Perezhogin - Koivu - Kovalev Zed - Ribs - Ryder Bulis - Bonk - Sundstrom Higs - Pleks - Begin I imagine they give Zhogs another shot on the first line (maybe not... who knows?). It's kinda tough, you want to reward Dagenais for playing well the other night, but he is a utility player.... I guess it also means that Streit is out. Dutch_Habs_Fan
yes simonus that will be it. And yes it's either Zed on the first or second. Allthough Dags played a good game, if Sunny is Avail. Dags will be out, no question about that. Good lines imo, hope we can play like this a long time without injuries. With all the mixing the results were poor......... simonus
I just read ACF's mailbag. Not sure if I'm correctly framing his statement, but I read his line prediction as: Zed-Koivu-Kovalev Dags-Ribs-Ryder Bulis-Bonk-Sundstrom Perezhogin-Pleks-Begin Higgins on the outside (to be fair, ACF just said displaced a rookie)? It might make some sense to play Dags while he is 'hot' and it definitely makes sense to play Sundstrom... Wonderfully difficult decisions. BTW, ACF - if I have mischaracterized your statements, I apologize, however I think these line combinations deserve some analysis.
Mont Royale
I'm looking for a strong game from Theodore. His game Saturday was not just mistakes, but bad luck too. We also have to stay out of the box. The only game we've done that well is when there's been no passion in our play: Saturday. The Habs have to find a way to play hard and clean. As far as the lineup, I'm just glad to see Sunny back. I'm sure he'll play his usual, quietly-effective game. We missed him more than most people realize. Mont Royale
FYI - I just spent some time on a Rangers board. They're all screaming for Rivet's head for injuring Rucinsky. He's out 2-4 weeks with a sprained knee ligament. There could be some fireworks tonight, just to keep things interesting.
