mathieu30
Damn, 27 (shots) + 21 (blocked shots) + 8 (missed shots) = 56 times the Isles have aimed the puck at Huet! dark_faerie87
Right now our team's shooting accuracy is 23%, pretty close to what I said. Three more shots until we make it 4-0! :ghg: :ghg: :ghg: 3rd period begins. I wonder if Koivu will see more then 3 or 4 mins this period I highly doubt it. Especially not with our lead. Peter Puck
Two comments. 1. I actually think Zednik has been trying harder than I have seen in weeks. he made 1 brutal give away in our end but he has at least been trying to get to the front of the net on offence. 2. I am not too worried by the territorial advantage the Islanders have displayed. I put it down to post olympic rust. I heard Yashin call tonights game their most important of the season so i think the Islanders were fired up to play today.

We should be fired up for EVERY game left in our schedule.

JMMR
Well Huet had no chance. That said they Habs need to push and ensure they score the next goal.
dark_faerie87
*sighs* Oh well, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Thank goodness for our three goal lead though. NHL.com is on crack, they're saying it's a shorthanded goal.
Prime Minister Koivu
I hope we don't sit back on the lead. I would feel much better with one more goal.

Yeah, a three goal lead in hockey is very dangerous because momentum can swing drastically if the other team starts to even it up. I hope we don't sit back on the lead. I would feel much better with one more goal. I do agree!
