  1. Today
  2. Iginla with a goal and 2 assists, nice snipe for what turned out to be the winner. Horrible, undisciplined 5 minute penalty cost the Americans. I like Ritchie with the Winnipeg pick if they don't trade the pick. That Gavin Mckenna is a pretty decent player.
  3. Not just them but other players still in CHL playoffs too. I like the Hlinka better for that reason.
  4. Dobber's rankings are for fantasy value only though.
  5. Worth noting, two of the players in their group rankings are players that were traded away two months ago (Mysak and Legare).
  6. I tried going into the first post as well, doesn't look like there's an option to add a new poll within the thread now.
  7. Make it so! Dangle is actually a fairly intelligent leaf commentator and this is funny. HF boards are really hilarious right now too. I love this pic:
  8. Cap Friendly made available a list per division on dead money coming off the books next season (buyouts, retained salary, career ending LTIR) . Some notables: Utah Total = $13.542 TBL Total = $8.531M OTT Total = $6.645M TOR Total = $5.625M NJD Total = $5.575M CGY Total = $4.725M ANA Total = $4.7125M WSH Total = $3.725M CHI Total = $3.288M DET Total = $2.625M MTL Total = $2,583M (Retained J Edmundson $1.75M Buyout K Alzner $833,333)
  9. Abandon this thread and start a new one for the second round???
  10. Take with grain of salt, i dont necessarily agree neither; but is just from small poll of how some folks see the habs youth.
  11. I am with you, pas mal en ta----! today, cristie #%!@!!
  12. every now and then I check Dobber's rankings. They have not been accurate for the Habs in a couple of years. Mesar should be higher, Mailloux should be ahead of Reinbacher and both should be near 8th. Farrell shouldn't be that high, etc. This forum does a much better job in ranking prospects than Dobber.
  13. 32-11 shots at end of 2nd, poor goalie, but just down 3-2.
  14. I guess similar start to careers, just bit less rope to play it seems. Kaliyev 186gms 71pts 12:08/gm Dach 212gms 99pts 17:01/gm Newhook 214gms 100pts 14:35/gm
  15. Interesting ... Beck is ranked quite high on their list, ahead of Guhle and Roy. And Mesar is still above Mailloux, Xhekaj and Engstrom.
  16. I don't see any way to add a poll to an existing thread, sorry. 🙁
  17. I think the US is deeper, if Catton and Lindstrom were healthy and available it might be a little different.
  18. I know you weren't, just thinking out loud about what the price would be. I wouldn't give up more than a 2nd.
  19. Not sure how many people watch or like Steve Dangle, but he has me pegged. I timestamped the start, it's you only need to watch it for about a minute.
  20. Richie roofs a sweet goal short-side to tie USA 1-1 in 2nd period. (Cole Hutson caught up ice, left a 2 on 1) But USA seems a deeper and stronger team so far. Cole Hutson sets up Eiserman on PP for goal #127, passing Caufield. USA up 2-1 Outshooting Canada 20-8
  21. Wasn't suggesting a first rounder for Kaliyev ... neither did Lazary.
  22. If they are going to blame the current regime for Bergevin's actions, that's on them I guess.
  23. Perhaps but Carolina isn't going to do us any favours. He certainly wouldn't come cheap nor should he I guess.
