bombTHEice
Any news if Bonk, Perezhogin & Co. will play tonight?
JMMR
No idea if you will see Bonk and co. But I thought Danis was getting the nod tonight in goal but I could be mistaken. Does anoyone from Ottawa attend many games in Montreal if you do let me know I have a car and go to a few a year we could car pool.

gohabsgo252006
Should be another good one tonight, I'm excited for it. I like Higgins or Perezhogin on the second line, but we'll see if Dags gets another shot. and if Bonk is healthy :ghg:
JMMR
Yes I agree. Dags is not in the Habs long term plans and does not seem to have any short term upside so lets get a rook some quality ice. I like Perezhogin having another shot with some new linemates he goes to the net hard and is very skilled would maby throw a few more pucks at the net and cause more havoc on a line with a play maker (Ribero) and one of our snipers (Ryder). Howie_Morenz
Habs will win tonight, and the distance between Montreal and Toronto Maple Fakes will be greater....... :hlogo::hlogo::hlogo::hlogo::hlogo::hlogo::hlogo::hlogo::hlogo:
Makh2o
Why are people wondering if Perezhogin will be in the line up? Did he get hurt in last nights game???

The same flu that was supposed to keep Begins shifts to a minimum and that did keep Perezhogin's shifts short and few and far between. GoHabs2002
Games against the Panthers have never excited me. I think the plan was for Danis to get the start, but with Theo practically getting the night off on Sat., I think Theo will get the start tonight (with Danis playing Friday in Buffalo. Expect Luongo to come up big, but I beleive Habs will win......as always! :ghg:
JMMR
I hope Danis starts and if not I hope theo plays both games against Buffalo they are a similar team to us with tons of speed and an excellet young goalie. Those are both 4 point games Friday and Saturday.

Aka Jose's grabbing the puck in the forbidden zone last night. We can laugh now as Montreal won, but at the time grrrrr..... Guess it is going to take goalies a while to adjust as I remember Hasik doing the same thing. [Edited on 2005/11/1 by Howie_Morenz]

Begin&Higgins
Is Danis confirmed for this game? After the way Theo played last nite, I would start him again. New to the site, I love it. Keep up the good work everybody! My first prediction: Habs 4 Panthers 2 Begin, Higgins, Ryder and Kovalev score.
simonus
yeah, but generally you dont want to start a goalie on back to backs. Don't forget that aside from Luongo (a huge aside) the team aint that fantastic. We are better. GO HABS! Habs 3 Panthers 1 If Ditka plays on the second line Habs 102 Panthers -3 (yes, ditka would find a way to get FLA into negative territory) [Edited on 11/1/2005 by simonus] [Edited on 11/1/2005 by simonus]

Ditka would be driving. Have to go with the Bear bus. Great 80s SNL reference!

I think that underestimating them even a tiny bit would be a bad idea. That being said, GO HABS GO!!!
