and I said franchise so Calgary as well has Chouinard

Philly has a few including

Propp

Kerr

Macleish

Leach

Leclair

Recchi

Barber

Detroit has a number as well including

Yzerman

Redmond

Grant

Ogrodnick

Fedorov

Shepherd

I know you forgot Simpson for Edmonton as well.

and you forgot Larouche for habs

By the way i wish you would answer my question before you start another question

I think Flyers Penguins and Flames are in a tie- so Simon Gagne or Crosby may break it

Another one that I saw only a couple of days ago (on Saturday I went through my record book:D) and I believe it was 23 games. By Montreal? Just a guess.

I thought that honor went to Philadelphia. Not sure how many games though. I'll check my record book

Aha, I got the team right. KoZ had the amount of games right so he should probably get the next question.

Isnt Philly's record for best winning streak at home?

Anyway... new question:

In the famous McSorley illegal stick incident in Game 2 of the 1993 Stanley Cup Finals, which Habs player noticed McSorley's illegal stick during practice before the game?

Oh, well, if its longest WINNING streak then that would be the Pittsburgh Penguins. They won 17 games in a row in 1993. Longest winning streak at home is a tie between 1929-1930 Boston Bruins and the 1976 Philadelphia Flyers with 20 games. Longest undefeated streak is the Philadelphia Flyers who went undefeated from October 14th, 1979 to January 6th, 1980 for 35 games. The longest HOME undefeated streak belongs to the Montreal Canadiens for 34 games. November 1st, 1974 to March 12th, 1975.

I think it was longest undefeated streak though so that would be Philadelphia.

Ok, I mixed up both streaks and teams, but I got the amount of games right. :D

I believe it was Guy Carbonneau who noticed the illegal stick.

True. And its also Carbo who "called" the mesurement during the game (officialy its Demers, but Carbo told him to do so).

Your turn to ask a question Quebecois...
