Sir_Boagalott
Higgins scored then was cross checked in teh back by McCabe (no call of course) and feel into belfours skate That definitely should have been a penalty IMO, even though the Habs scored on the play. Higgs was cross checked after the puck had gone in.

brobin
And there is a call against montreal.. The habs come within two, they let mccabe get away with a brutal crosscheck... then they call a habs a minute later.... This type of game makes the NHL look bush league. dark_faerie87
I predict that tonight will be a first. Instead of three stars, there will be four: the officials. Way to ruin a game guys.

dark_faerie87
an zone clearance that worked!!! woohoo!!!! leafs fans might heartily disagree If that's true, then they're most definitely blind. If our positions were reversed, I would be ashamed of such a win.

brboo
It really does make us sound bad complaining about the reffing and all (cause thats what leaf fans do) but this is just too ######in much. There is no way the refs had to call so many penalties on montreal and let the leafs get away with so much. Unfreakin Believable

JLP
CJAD: the problem is the penalty box is stationary Now we know what we have to work on -- mobile penalty boxes for the Bell Centre
BTH
Beautiful effort by the dead-tired Habs (Ribeiro, Zednik) and beautiful save by Belfour.
