mathieu30
Go Habs go! "Montreal is special because it's the Mecca of hockey. I don't think it's different because the goal is the same - to win the Stanley Cup. For a hockey player, to play for an organization like Montreal is an honour." - David Aebischer Welcome Abby. lazy26
We can pretty much put the Bruins out of playoff contention with a win tonight... let's DO IT! Boston just traded Samsonov to EDM.. hope this helps us tonight!
gohabsgo252006
Tonight begins the official Christo ERA of Habs hockey. I think he gets the start tonight and he shows everyone why GO HABS GO Important game tonight
JMMR
Does this mean the Bruins have already given up on the playoffs?
Funk Doc
Does this mean the Bruins have already given up on the playoffs? possibly, but they did get a good two way forward back in Marty Reasoner. Boston also got a decent prospect to. But giving up Samsonov is an indication that the season may be finished.
dark_faerie87
New goaltending nickname: The Wine (France = Huet) & Cheese (Switzerland = Aebischer) Bench! Go Habs Go and tame these teethless bears! :ghg:
kaos
People said Bostons season was finished when they traded away Thornton and they've managed to hang around. Just because Samsonov is gone, Boston won't quit. They'll come out firing, and they'll be all over Montreal tonight. Montreal has to be very very carefull not to have a repeat performance of last game or they are ######ed
The-Habby2919
I agree again.... GO HABS GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :hlogo:
dark_faerie87
On the bright side, Reasoner most likely WON'T be playing tonight, so basically we'll be playing a Samsonov- and Thornton-less Boston Bruin team tonight. Sounds good to me. :ghg:

We should be warned that its a do or die situation for us as it is for Bruins TO and The ILes! lets not give them a starting chance! lets give it all we have a core with Depth Now lets give it Boys AWay away Allons y! dark_faerie87
Sunny is in tonight, Downey is scratched, Plekanec is back. EXCELLENT news regarding Pleky, gotta love that kid. Not surprised to see Sunny back in, we'll see if he can prove to us that we should keep him in the lineup and whether or not to sign him next year. Let's hope for another CH night from C. Higgins and C. Huet for the :hlogo: ! :ghg: TSN reporting that the Habs are looking sluggish tonight. Hooking on Ryder, two minute powerplay for us! Time to go "pee-pee" on Thomas! :ghg: Another hooking penalty, Zednik set up on a partial break and he got hauled down. Hopefully this powerplay will be better, the last one had a few chances, but didn't look particularily good.

BTH
Present. That was a pretty crappy call on Bulis by the way. It looked like the goalie slashed him and he got a penalty for it.
dark_faerie87
Hmm, not a very exciting game so far. Very little intensity by both teams, very few shots. Present. That was a pretty crappy call on Bulis by the way. It looked like the goalie slashed him and he got a penalty for it. I didn't catch it real-time and TSN didn't show a replay of it...go figure. Nice save by Huet.
