Dalhabs
Ottawa in 7 (Tampa will prove better than the standings show but in the end Hasek is better) Montreal in 4 (Cmon... cant let the whales outskate us) New Jersey in 5 (Jersey will once again show that they are NY's best team) Philadelphia in 5 (The hockeystick is mightier than the sabre) Detroit in 4 (like this team is gonna lose against oilspills?) Colorado in 7 (Theodor will prevail and we will be sad to see it) Calgary in 7 (the closest serie in the first round... lots of OT) San Jose in 4 (Joe will eat countrysingers for lunch) Edited April 21, 2006 by Dalhabs

BTH
Habs in 6 (my dark horse is habs in 5.. if we win, we lose to NJ in the East Finals) Devils in 4 (I originally picked 5 but...) Ottawa in 5 (or 6) Buffalo in 7 (originally had Philly in 7) Detroit in 6 (anything's possible here though.. no matter how many games and who wins them, every one will be close) Colorado in 7 (HA! My 1st round upset! My theory is that if Dallas - the team to beat - wins then they face NJ in the SC Finals) Nashville in 6 (or 7 - another one of my lone "upset" calls) Ducks in 7 (or Flames in 7.. close series though.. depending on who beats who, Ducks could be my team to come out of the West) Those are my fearless predictions. Lots of upsets in there. Enjoy!
BTH
All my picks look good so far besides he Buffalo in 7 one. Right now it looks more like 4. BUT - I hear Primeau could be back for Game Three and we all know what a returning Captain can do to a team (02 Habs). Not to mention that Primeua was the bets player in the 04 playoffs - this guy lead the team. Here's where things turn around.
jetsniper
I'm pretty much screwed for Rangers in 7 and Sabres in 6. I think Habs will have it wrapped up before Game 6 too. Same with my boys. And I don't think Calgary will take their series anymore. Other then that, I'm fine.

Prime Minister Koivu
You were saying Maca? 50 saves by Theo today, he played one HELL of a game. :nono: Oh young grasshopper, all truth will be opened to you. Congrats on today's big win but you had better savour it. You watch what Mr. Theodore has in store for you next. The habs fans know it well and soon you will too BTW, one thing that has always bothered me about Theo is the way he is constantly pulling up his pants! Have you noticed? You will when a goal gets scored because he is busy pulling up his pants.

Either way though, I'll see you in the second round. *looks at TV* Maybe.

BTH
I'm owning! I picked Devils in 4 and Sens in 5. I'm also the only one (I believe) to call Colorado over Dallas (I said in 7 though) so take that! I will need Detroit and Flyers to overcome 3-2 deficits to make me look even better. Not to mention Nashville.

Psycing
You were saying Maca? 50 saves by Theo today, he played one HELL of a game. Hahaha... damn... forgot about how good he always does in the first round. Hey, If Theo goes and wins a cup with Colorado this season... ahh man, don't even want to think about it. Hey, If Theo goes and wins a cup with Colorado this season... ahh man, don't even want to think about it. I do. I'll be so happy. Atleast you have Huet this time around, someone to fall back on. And Danis and Price coming up. With Roy you had Thibault and god knows what else. Either way, the Theo deal didn't hurt you guys at all. At any point in the future, it'll be hard to argue it did. Psycing
My Picks at the start: EAST (1)Ottawa vs. (8)Tampa Bay: Ottawa in 5 RIGHT! (2)Carolina vs. (7)Montreal: Montreal in 6 Canes in 6 (3)New Jersey vs. (6)NY Rangers: Jersey in 7 Jersey in 4 (4)Buffalo vs. (5)Philadelphia: Buffalo in 5 Buffalo in 6 WEST (1)Detroit vs. (8)Edmonton: Detroit in 5 Edmonton in 6 (2)Dallas vs. (7)Colorado: Dallas in 7 Colorado in 5 (3)Calgary vs. (6)Anaheim: Calgary in 6 Anaheim in 7 (4)Nashville vs. (5)San Jose: San Jose in 4 San Jose in 5 So, I only got 1/8 for the complete prediction... meanwhile, I picked 4/8 for teams to get through to 2nd round... and 2/8 for # of games each series would take. In otherwords, I suck!
