Machine of Loving Grace
Staal has a terrible shootout record but scoring that one must have been big for the Canes.

Commandant
TOP 3 GOING TO THE LOTTERY! WOOT WOOT Loser point. Those loser points in the last ten games killed us. Only in comparison to Edmonton, who can still catch us

brobin
The coach could have cut the ice time of our top players and played the kids more. When you are out, that is a valid approach, especially on the road.

dlbalr
Top-4 pick guaranteed although barring an Edmonton win, the Habs will be locked into 28th. On the flip side if it does happen, everyone can cheer for the Habs without feeling guilty about it...boy does that feel odd to type. JMMR
Leafs win. And people thought this would be a bad night for the tank! SO happy to be wrong. Leafs pass Minny and the Ducks as well. Top 4 pick guaranteed. We guarantee that at least 1 of the forwards will be on the board when we pick. Grig Gally Yak and Foppa?

They have the tie breaker and only need to tie us in pts.

Yeah at least one of those 4 must still be available to us, no matter what. If we can stay 3rd after the lottery 2 of them.
Machine of Loving Grace
I don't want the Ducks to get a single point now. Keep the Leafs out of the bottom five. They can win on Saturday too if they want.

A middle finger to the owner for throwing him under the bus. That said, I would be shocked if Rc got a coaching job next year anywhere. If Carbo gets another coaching job if any it'll be with Muller in Carolina.
Commandant
Randy could easily get another AHL job. Possibly even an assistant coaching position. Heck I'd take him back in Hamilton, but I doubt he'd go after how he's been treated in Montreal.
