  1. I'm watching this one with a buddy of mine who is a Ranger fan. We don't usually watch the games together because it gets a bit heated, so this could very well be the end of our friendship

  3. I'd like to add one item to my "keys to victory"....the team as a whole, but especially our d-men, need to cut down on shots going wide. Get it on net and make Lundqvist save it...sailing them high and wide is making his life far too easy.

  4. Not pooping on him...simply calling him out? It is 4-20 today and guess that makes sense to someone with cloudy point of view.

  5. What does Pacioretty have to do to get any respect? He is and always has been hot or cold and more productive than 99.9% of NHLers for past 5 or 6 years. What a fickle fan base he has!

  6. My thoughts exactly. He also was the reason Radulov scored the winner in game 2 when he stripped the puck in the neutral zone and muscled it back into the offensive zone

  7. Whoah.... 67 is streaky, always has been. If we go deep enough, he's going to do his thing. Only complaint I have so far about him was the second Rags goal from GM 4. He made a rookie defensive mistake. Go Habs Go.

  8. I'm probably old fashion but i blame Max for Max scoring. Byron can score he is the smallest guy in the league and gets more chances and drives the net more than Pacs does. Radulov who i'm sure the other team tries to stop is a beast on the puck and can score. Even Mitchell has scored If Pacs isn't scoring, he is basically Danault

  9. thanks TO (btw i love your city...just not the team)... sometimes there's lots of negative energy here...and also a lot of kool-aid drinkers. Bottom line...we are in a dogfight.. so is every other team.

  10. I think the series is going pretty much as predicted ...Really we need to accept that this is our team - warts and all.. so far our boys have done well. The rangers are well coached and no push-overs. I find this is like a chess match between CJ and AV. Both coaches are making adjustments/moves on the fly and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Looks like this series is going 7 games. Playoff Negatives so far. 1) Beaulieu doesn't look like he will be around next year. He certainly is playing his way off this team. 2) MAX is playing hurt...but there is no way CJ can move him off the top line 3) Shaw seems to have disappeared 4) Nesty should never see ice-time again Playoff Positives 1) The Price is right 2) Weber is a beast 3) Gally and Arturi are playing solid hockey.. AND Plex is actually contributing (i mean... this is the playoff and he's not invisible !!!l That has to be a positive) 4) Danault (while NOT A #1C) is worth his weight in gold (remember he is being ASKED to play on top line...). I think he doesn't get the credit he deserves...not to long ago we used to have DD as our #!C) 5) Radulov is playing like wants to stay here...which may be the best "positive" of all...

  11. Testify, brotha! Max sucking is on Max and Max alone. Show up, or ship out...the endless slew of excuses is getting tired in a hurry. 4 games of doing absolutely nothing is not gonna fly...get it together and contribute. Do you see many other 25-35+ goal scorer types sporting a donut this far into the playoffs? Ovechkin: 3 Kessel: 1 Atkinson: 2 Oshie: 2 Matthews: 2 Hoffman: 2 Forsberg: 2 Arvidson: 1 Kadri: 1 Ect ect ect I'm not asking him to be a hero the way Radulov has...but be a competent 1st line winger FFS...is that too much to ask? If Max can do that, Radulov can do exactly what he's been doing thus far, line 2 can manufacture a goal, and our PP executes even one time for us...we should win tonight.

  12. Bobby Ryan got another one tonight. That's three, even though the Bruins defense are shading him into Max's corner, the part of the rink farthest from the net. Whowouldathunkit! Goal scorers scoring goals in the playoffs! Wowza!
