I haven't watched the last two games, so I cannot voice an opinion on Drouin. But he was going at a PPG clip before. I wonder if he needs to be carrying the puck to be engaged: he is probably clueless without the puck

I skipped this game too, I am glad for RHP. Seems like Drouin on the wing is not getting points anymore. I guess that was it for his flash before the end of the season. Let's hope for another loosing streak starts soon.

A look at the worst ten teams right now, and based on Actial goal sminus expected goal differential, there seems to be little chance of the Habs finishg lower (best draft chance)

I disagree how they have added % points to the 32nd team, but the rankings are right. Habs will have a top-5 draft in all the rounds this year, That bodes well for the 2nd and 3rd round picks too.

Maybe you are coming out of the spell from MSL and Hugh-Gort. They have done some good things but some devision have been disastrous I hope the organizations fixes any problems they have had with regards to injuries and that they avoid this situation next season

I am not a fan of Armia since he chose not to get vaccinated for a ling time and caught COVID a couple of times probably due to his inner circle having the same reticence on the vaccine. He has missed a lot of games since then. I wonder if he has long COVID now. Let's say that Armia is good without the puck, which is most of the time. Montembeault was great again, he has won a bunch of games for the Habs this season. Gurianov continues to impress The AHLers continue to impress

I put Hutson in the same category as Harris, but with a higher offensive/points ceiling. Mete was picked later in the draft and was always a long shot. Harris: 5'11"/190lbs Hutson: 5'10"/161lbs I am high on Mailloux, he dropped so late in the draft because of the off-ice stuff. If he is given every chance to develop in the AHL, he could be a solid NHL 2nd pair RD Roy and KIdney, I have not followed much. I am hoping that Slafkovsky, Beck, Gurianov, Ylonen establish themselves ahead so that they push the overall skill level of Habs up. How many 3rd liners can the Habs carry ? (I know 3, ...)

once Drouin walks, I will not give him anymore thought than to Chiarot or Cousins I try to keep my fandom to current Habs. I think he would do great in Europe. Switzerland ? Germany?

Fun game and good result t was great to see the Habs tank so efficiently. I hope more of the same the rest of the season

I hope he is press boxed too, but for the sake of Drouin the person. This reminds me of when Brashear was ridiculed by Tremblay at practice as a scapegoat. Yes, I am a softy and have defended Drouin. And I find it odd that at this point of the season, after such a humiliating loss, the biggest news is that Drouin was late for a team meeting Talk about kicking the dog while he is down we all know Drouin has turned into Gomez 2.0 and that he is not coming back to the Habs and probably not coming back to the NHL. Just the timing of this is so convenient to deflect attention away from real problems
