Prime Minister Koivu
7-2 Habs Luango chased from the net. Dowd - 1 goal Koivu - 5 assists Kovalev - 3 goals Zednik - 2 goals Perrault - 3 assists Ryder - 1 goal, 3 assists Well probably more like 3-2 Habs :ghg:
bombTHEice
I say 2-1 HABS, with Koivu getting the GW. :/) Are there any news about Bulis when he will be back in the lineup? I think he would be a great addition to the 3rd line, instead of Jason Ward. Ward is a good defensive player but he can't skate very well and he isn't very good offensive. Alexsound
I'm expecting a 3 - 1 win for MONTREAL GOALS 1 - Ribeiro - ( Kovalev - Quintal) 2 - Audette - ( unassited) 3 - Zednik ( Koivu - Markov) - PP 4 - Brisebois - ( Ward - Begin) Please ALEXEI don't get injured again... at least for the rest of the season..! Dalhabs
I have a bad feeling... Loungo will destroy this game for us... Habs: 0 Panthers: 2 (Jokinen, Loungo EN)
Quebecois
Habs have struggled with the Panthers tonight so it should be an interesting one. Hopefully Kovy will click on the PP like we know he can. :ghg:
huzer
Why does Kovalev have to make his home debut when I have hockey tonight? At least I can catch the first 5 or so minutes of the 1st period.
Dalhabs
try to make the habs lineup huzer... that way youll follow the habs all the time either u want it or not
puck7x
After 1... 1-0 Panthers Boring period. Panthers got their goal on a 4 on 4 situation, habs gave up sloppy 2 on 1...
JLP
...how do you think Kovalev looks so far?
puck7x
Slow gamethread tonight eh? Score is 1-1 now... After a bouillon goal, all the work was done by Koivu on the play... Kovalev? Looks alright. You can see that he still needs to develop some chemistry with his linemates, it seems like everytime Kovalev is on the ice he is the focus of every single person in the rink... Thats got to change, take the pressure off him.

Prime Minister Koivu
Kovalev looks like he doesn't know what to do out there. Our system seems to baffle him I think it's the hard work required here compared to NY. I do agree with Puck about Kovy being the focus though. Everyone wants to feed our new "superstar". Relax boys and let it happen. :hlogo:

bombTHEice
As Murray Wilson said: Perreault came alive in the last couple of games ... nice to see him performing with the team again. :/) [Edited on 12-3-04 by habsfannr1]
puck7x
2-2 Game... Habs just had a couple of back to back dominating energy shifts (first was Begin line, then Koivu line).... We did not let Panthers even sniff the puck ... We were crashing and banging and cycling... Now we're on the PK... huge kill here. :ghg:
Prime Minister Koivu
Habs are really picking it up here. The crowd is pumping and it has become an exciting game. :/) PP goal coming up - Kovalev
