MFT77 Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 Very spirited period for the Habs. Full marks for the 2-0 lead. Lots of jump and coulda easily had another goal or two. When they skate, good things will happen. Can't let up in the 2nd. Good to see Grabs still in as i was worried when i saw Smokes in there, but it was for Begin. Ryder actually looking quited good. Laps as usual bringing lots of energy. Nice to see Pleks hit the board. Marky just missed seconds before that. Great, gritty work by Gorges in his own end. Will take a hit to make the play. You can tell he is playing with loads of confidence, as he doesn't have to look over his shoulder wondering if one mistake will lose his spot in the lineup. Price, solid as a rock. I know Emelin and Valentenko might be out for their jobs, but I don't think there's any need to rush tem along at this point. I'm tempted to say we have the strongest all-around D in the East.
