Bullsmith
I was so pumped last time we played the buds, and we didn't show up till the third period. We still took a point somehow, but I was deeply disappointed. It was our worst effort of the year so far, maybe except for the snorefest vs. Chicago. We better show up this time. lazy26
Yeah a quick start and the first goal is huge. Yah, the Laffs are 1.000 when leading after the first, and 0.000 when trailing after the first...
justintb
Nobody replied to my question...Why is it stated that Toronto is in the Western Conference?...As far as Im concerned...I dont think they are! ...... Montreal might score on their net enough in the 2nd period that they might want to move to the west Tonights scoreres in the 4-1 win.... For Montreal: Kovalev, Souray, Latendresse, and Perezhogin Toronto: Kaberle or McCabe
fromage
they used to be in the western conference before 1967.

zumpano21
Habs are wearing the Reds tonight. Must be a throwback to the old uniforms seeing that it's Hall of Fame Weekend.
lazy26
I think these types of ceremonies should take place before the players step on the ice... you can almost see the muscles getting cold and tightening up...

For a second I thought they were in Montreal, since Beliveau. Cournoyer, Robinson and Roy all got the best ovations.
gohabsgo252006
Very nice ceremony.....seems to be lots of Habs fans in the building.

KoZed
Boring... I want Hockey!!! Protocole police, escort alexstream out please... Gotta admit, getting the Leafs to sing part of the anthem in French is a nice gesture, but still weird. Connie Smythe must be rolling over in his grave. JMMR
I agree with Lazy to long ceremonys take the life out of many of the players. Aside from that very nice cemerony though. Thanks to all the VETS for making Canada a free country.

RobRock
Beliveau always gets a good reception, but I was a little surprised at the reactions to Bird and the Roadrunner If Komisarek ever really lined up Ponikarovsky, do you think he could break him in half?
