  1. Well, i would be interested to see the agent get the GM, beside the same ol french ex-NHLer getting the gig, just for something different.
  2. 3 roughing minors and 1 delay of game.
  3. Xhekaj 1g(8), 8pim Mailloux 1g (3) 7 shots
  4. Agree Habs prospect pool likely average (just guess). I have not a clue who would be most reliable prospect 'expert'; Pronman, Wheeler, Button, NHL.com guys, Commandant,... I am sure some stats guy could fairly quickly come up with a way to compare old draft or projection rankings vs how they actually turned out.
  5. Anderson likely back for monday's game, hope he is all fired up to be back and has a big game. He can be very entertaining when he is he has his 'powerhorse' game going.

  8. At least he seemed to show some quickness and puck skills in yesterday's game.
  9. Not a fan of the Olympics at all, but i guess is good experience for Farrell-Guhle to have.
  10. Ya, i know exactly what dlbalr is getting at, but i simply dont care how physical a guy is or how much it pisses off the other team. If i ran the NHL, any fighting would get exact same punishment as NFL-MLB-NBA-FIFA would dole out for throwing punches at or attacking another player.
  11. Hope Mysak has great 2nd half. https://www.habseyesontheprize.com/catching-the-torch/2022/1/14/22880104/catching-the-torch-canadiens-prospect-ohl-update-jan-mysak-arber-xhekaj-mailloux-sobolev-vrbetic some of kids playing today KalPa Kuopio at Pelicans Lahti 10:00 am Oliver Kapanen - Windsor Spitfires at Sarnia Sting 7:05 pm Daniil Sobolev - Hamilton Bulldogs at Oshawa Generals 7:35 pm Jan Mysak - Arber Xhekaj - Harvard University at Quinnipiac University 7:00 pm Sean Farrell - University of Notre Dame at Ohio State University 7:00 pm Jakub Dobes - University of Alaska Fairbanks at University of Minnesota 7:00 pm - Watch on TSN.ca Rhett Pitlick - Boston University at University of Connecticut 7:05 pm - Watch online Luke Tuch -
  12. Petry scores, but still making stupid plays.
  13. A win would be great to see, but not a ton of confidence that will happen. Romanov's spirited play is nice to see again. Hoffman can really fire a puck.
  14. 64 is pretty shakey Poehling has more shots than all the rest of forward group. Thats gotta be hard to only get 1 shot from 12 guys for a period. Pitlick helped that.
  15. Saying Pezzetta skating away was the wrong thing to do? WHAAAAAAAAA? Emelin and Romanov turtle(ed) all the time after huge hits and drew/are drawing lots of penalties, which we all should be all encouraging, no? NO one ever should need to fight to back up their play, is such an immature reaction and quite annoying these days. Fighting should be an immediate suspension and team fine to fight (same as all rest of major sports in the world).
  16. Sniper Pezzetta...not the most exciting game ever watched. 47 more of these beauties to go, yee haw. Is Caufield gonna ever score again?
  17. A few wins would be nice to see, have a nice gap between Sens and themselves and can afford to pick up a few points. Again, hope the youth shines and fills the Bruins net, sucks Romanov wont be out there.
  18. this bit: ..."just brims with passion and enthusiasm." Is there another Hab that gives up on plays or simply stands around simply coasting watching the other 4 Habs defend, once out of own end he does wake up (a la Brett Hull school of backchecking).
  19. Didnt hear ANYONE say Caufield should start in the AHL this season (i could be mistaken but 99.9% seemed on the Calder cake-walk bandwagon)?
  20. "THE" spectrum One end =Romanov............................................................Other end=Drouin.
