shortcat1
i take it from that comment that the first period was more a thrashers period? GO :hlogo: GO!
zumpano21
Did anyone see the bench reaction when Sammy scored?
lazy26
i take it from that comment that the first period was more a thrashers period? GO :hlogo: GO! From what I saw, Atlanta had more chances in the 1st; Montreal clearly dominated the 2nd.
shortcat1
Did anyone see the bench reaction when Sammy scored? no, i didn't see it but i can certainly imagine it... it must have geen a big smile and back-slap for him... justintb
I am Impressed that we have the S.N and the I.F back under control...Also, we scored a 5 on 5 goal which has definitely helped out to the 4-1 Lead thus far. I am also very glad that for once, the Canadiens are not getting OUTSHOT...If we could do this every game, things would be better off! BCHabnut
Huet is back. That is the biggest momentum changer of all. He has made at least 5-10 spectacular saves. If Huet doesn't play the way he is, this game is totally different. I do think the lines look good though. The only problem is that the shut down line is broken up. Lats and Kovy look awesome together. Lappiere is winning a lot of face-offs too. I think if he is groomed properly, he will be a very good 2 way centre ( a la Carbo, Gainey, Lamaire)

Quebecois
Just got home to watch the game, what a pleasant surprise! :ghg: Looks like the line shuffling has worked so far, is it as good as the boxscore would indicate? Are we controlling much of the play?

lazy26
gosh... i hope these line shake-ups amount to something over the long run... GO :hlogo: GO! That would be fantastic. We have such a good team on paper, it'd be nice if the new lines reinforced this.

tokyohabs
Sounds like Johnson is playing well, and Kovy-Gui. Sounds like Markov is sh*te tonight. Also sounds like we are in absorb-pressure mode. Can any viewers confirm this?

Wamsley01
It is going to be a hell of a lot easier to sleep tonight. Although I will still have to listen to the Leaf idiots at work tomorrow. You know the kind who told me today that John Pohl will one day have a 35 goal season Edited January 19, 2007 by Wamsley01
