Easy Ryder
I had the idea last night while watching Ottawa against Carolina, i surprised myself to jump at Sens goals. It's not that i like them in fact i hate them but Carolina i still stuck behind us at 9th seed. Nest one in list is St-Louis at New-York Islanders Don't laught too hard St-Louis won 4 of their last 6 games including Vancouver, Minnesota and Nashville. Go Blues And to the Isles i wish you don't make the playoffs and Smyth realizing how lame your organization is goes back to the Oilers playing with the high prospects you gave the Oilers. Mont Royale
Good job, ER! This sounds like a thread where we can all agree and play nice! (can't we?) Go Blues!!
beliveau1
This sounds like it could be a fun thread - a good place top be ultra negative toward all those teams threatening to usurp the Habs place in the playoffs? So Go (insert name of team Habs need to win or tie here) Go every night from here to the end of the season :hlogo: :ghg: Edited March 1, 2007 by beliveau1
Easy Ryder
Thank you Blues !! They were behind 2-0 after two periods in Long Island and they came back to win 3-2 in overtime. The Blues shot 39 times againstDipietro and it went in. It should be a lesson to learn by the Habs, 20 NHL guys in a team no matter how their reputation is can win games if they shoot and play harder than the other team with so called more talented players. Hey Smyth ! your new teammates are chokers, end the season and go home win a cup in Edmonton. One point less for the Isles. With one game less in hand.Thank you again Blues. And one little thank you to the Pens for stealing a point to the Rangers and keep them out of the picture, they would have been 2 games reach of us and 2 games in hand. They too were 2-0 after two and came back to win.
Mont Royale
Could've been worse last night, but still a lot of 3 point games. Ah well. Tonight, Go Pittsburgh-New Jersey-Ottawa Go! And most importantly, Go Habs Go!! :hlogo:
Easy Ryder
My main concern for tonight game is Atlanta against Ottawa. They have lost 5-3 on feb 17 in Ottawa so keeping them in reach is more important thant looking behind. For Toronto beating Brodeur at home is almost mission impossible. For Pens at Carolina it will be tougher because the Pens have played last night but they should be boosted with the overtime win. This and Crosby is due to for a couple of points, just for my pool sakes. And i believe that Montreal can win tonight, that would be a sweet win for our chances. Mont Royale
Yikes. Tonight's results were the worst case scenario on all fronts.

Easy Ryder
Last night was awful for standing , this afternoon the Rags got closer. It's not just wishing the other to suck as much as we do. Now common bet the Bruins before the 5 days rest if you still got something in the jackstaps.

alexstream
Tonight's game between NYISL and TBay... NYISL is closer to the habs in standings... but are red hot since getting Smyth... TBay has a loaded lineup, but is really on a bad losing streak... Who do we want to get the 2 pts? it really is a tricky situation... I vote for the return of Tie endings
Mont Royale
Is DiPietro back? We could root for an Isles regulation loss combined with Rick getting knocked out again... but that would make us bad people.
JMMR
I will cheer for either team to win by 2 or more goal ensuring it does not go to extra time. If it goes to OT I will be pissed.

Psycing
Exactly, no overtime please! If the Habs win, I'm hoping that NYI's win so that it makes that #6 spot more available. Otherwise, go Bolts go!
Trizzak
Gotta go for Tampa Bay on this one. We're in no position to look beyond 8th place yet.
