Anyone else thinks Lats is playing injured? He's usually solid on his skates and hard to move. Since 2-3 games he's losing his balance at a mere push. Not very useful if you're a grinding winger and can't take a hit without spinning off balance.

I doubt it.. he is just playing like crap, imo.

well.. let's see how the PK does...

great save by Halak.. and I love gionta on the PK

Woot.. nice goal... and Lundquist is now faking an injury hoping to get a call...

bet he is fine...

I like both dags and laps on the play.. dags created the turn over, laps make the beauty feed

and now a PP... if we can score here, huge momentum change!!!!

okay.. 2 man advantage.. please.. low play... don't take 5 shots from the same play.. make them move!!!!!

Nice... Bergeron knows how to get set for the one timer... nice shot..

Imagine when Markov is back and we have Bergeron for the 2nd unit!!!

I imagine when Markov is back he can set up Bergy at will 10 times every PP, like when we had Souray.

fantastic period overall... aside from the breakdown on the Gaborik goal. Exciting to see the goals start to come. And Bergeron as a PP specialist? I'll take a one trick pony over a no trick pony every day of the week!

Can we keep Bergeron long term?? I can't believe he was sitting at home waiting for an offer. A francophone offensive defenceman, perfect...

I think it depends on how far along Subban is at the end of the year. I think there is a hope that he can provide Bergeron's offence and play a better all around game. Now Bergeron is cheap (for now), so maybe they can coexist, but remember that they have to be looking forward to replacing Hamrlik's minutes and Spacek is supposed to have some of the PP skills we need...
