Dirty Harry
Hey I just switched to CBC for a minute, whats up with their camera? Its all blurry, washed out, and out of focus, you can barely make out the numbers. RDS doesnt have this problem.
KoZed
Pretty good back and forth tempo to this game...
Jaysix
CANADIENS.COM message board is a joke ! Merry Christmas habs fans !!!!!!!!!
KoZed
Pretty good 1st period. High tempo, back and forth, few offsides... Entertaining hockey to watch.
Psycing
Bob Cole: Sergei Kostopolous. ROFLCOPTER111!!!1~
Dalhabs
They might have outshot us by 13-6 but I still think we played alot better than them. Didnt know all we needed was S. Kostitsys, Lapierre and O'Byrne (getting Streit and Breezer out of the D doesnt seem to hurt either) Good period. Bob Cole: Sergei Kostopolous. ROFLCOPTER111!!!1~ ok... what is a roflcopter and how high can it fly?
Prime Minister Koivu
Entertaining first period! I am a little bit concerned with the shot totals so far. Even though the game has a great back and forth flow, the leafs out shot us badly. The Habs have a totally different body language the last two games. Go :hlogo: Go

Cataclaw
Good 1st period... lots of Tor shots but many of them were weak. SOGs don't show the whole story. I think Kovalev is just itching for a goal in the second period. I also think Komisaurus Rex is due for some punishing hits in the second. Psycing
Anyone else see Komi's interview on CBC just now? Right after it ended and he headed off he ran into Jean Beliveau & shook his hand. Beliveau looked a little shy after noticing that the act was caught on camera. Here's hoping some of the greatness rubs of on Mike (who's great in his own right). Maybe we'll see a big goal from the defender?
KoZed
KOIVU SCORES 2ND OF THE GAME! GREAT PASS...

sbhatt
Even though it's only one game, I have a good feeling, so I'm gonna say it: That popping sound you may have heard....that was Saku Koivu removing his head from his azz and deciding to play hockey again. I've seen more drive out of him tonight than I saw in the past 19 games combined...he's trying hard to make things happen, and it's paying off. Dirty Harry
The leafs are concentrating on shutting down Kovalev's lines with their best Dmen and Sundin, Koivu's line is making them pay for matching up Ian White, Wellwood and other weak players with him. Dirty Harry
Ok now time to switch to CBC so I can laugh at the homers crying and making excuses for their leafs (current theme: blame price).
KoZed
Lapierre-Dandeneault-Streit have been all over the Leafs tonight. Awesome checking line...

Habitforming
I love how S Kostitsyn is playing in the high slot giving passing options for Higgins and saku.....Ryder should take note!
Bacchus
Got up in time for the second Koivu goal, and the AK46's goal! Good stuff so far. Prices sounds good .... just hope we can kill the Koivu penalty!
KoZed
Great 2nd... Habs spent loads of time in the Leaf's zone. Seems like Kovy's line the less dangerous, that says something about the work of all 3 other lines...
Dalhabs
We are superb tonight. Whatever Carbo fed them for lunch today he has to stock up on. Either that or the leafs are REALLY tired after last nights game. Outshot or not, our chances are alot more dangerous than theirs and our D is great. And the passes made by Price are lovely to see. Psycing
Carey Price is officially in his opponents' minds as Defenseman (Ian?) White talks on CBC about how cool our tender is in net. Joe Cool!
