JMMR
I am pretty sure Weber will not get any action as a defense man at even strength or penalty kill only power play. Carbonneau talked about dressing him in the Mark Streit role. BUT great GDT thanks a lot.
MAK
I would like for Weber to play and see how he would do on the PP. Montreal will get its revenge tonight !!

JoeLassister
RDS and Cyberpresse say that Max Pac will play tonight with Chipchura and Bégin. Hope the kid can help the team as well as D'Ago did first...

johnnyhasbeen
Wouldn't you love to see all three become as hard to send down as D'ago over the next week? Let's take this one. "Don't just wear the shirt, be the shirt!"

Habsfan
BAd penalty by Dagostini, but at least the Habs have played well up to now in the first! Keep up the good work!
RobRock
Chips got his stick in front of that shot, I doubt if Halak picked it up

Habsfan
Can someone tell me if Price is Injured? The guys on RDS are saying that Marc Denis is on the bench? Why isn't Price there? Had Halak made those two saves, we'de be in the lead, but instead we have to giht back!! Weak goals given up by Halak...both of them! JoeLassister
I must admit that I am not confident anymore with Halak in the nets. One (or 2) bad goals a day keeps the confidence away...

The hope is he will be back for the next game. 2 weak goals allowed by Halak. He's gotta sharpen up and shut the door. Max Pac scores in his first game. Great burst of speed and a great shot. Fanpuck33
That second goal wasn't weak at all, it was a really nice shot by Parise. He sold the pass beautifully and surprised everyone with the shot. Wacky fight. P.S. The NJ commentators are morons. At one point they talked about the Kostitsyns being twins, even going as far to say Sergei was born 40 minutes after Andrei. They corrected themselves, but that doesn't make up for them making up how far about they were, haha.
habs rule
It looked to me that Tom kop didn't do so good at the end of that fight but he always shows up. Nice goal by patches

Down on his knee too fast and his stick was just not at the right spot, that is covering the little hole between the 2 pads, exactly where the puck went in. The Dman was on the pass option, there was no way Halak was moving for the pass like Price was on TB's first goal the other night.
rafikz
1st NJ goal score by Halak 2nd NJ goal socred by Markov Nice
RobRock
I think Chipchura got a piece of that 1st goal, he put his stick out to block it and that may have affected his read on the shot. But he was down way too early on the 2nd goal
