DON
Mark MacMillan is back in the lineup already and has an assist in his first game back. I thought was supposed gone for long time, oh well hope he keeps doing well. Lehkonen -1 today and no points (in 11:16) after 1A in 4 straight games
dlbalr
McCarron got the natural hat trick---got tossed for coming off bench--- suspension looming? McCarron reportedly gets two games (so does Dale Hunter).

dlbalr
Audette (1 G, 1 A) and Fucale (31/32 saves so far) are both having strong games tonight as Team QMJHL takes on Russia in the Super Series.
DON
Bozon (and Reinhart) gets 1g 2a in 3rd period, but still lose in blow out. 7games 4g 9pts. Bout same as ever (203 WHL games and 231 points)
DON
Bozon just sniped a nice goal (of course on sweet set-up by Reinhart)
DON
Reinhart picks pocket of d-man behind net, puck to front of net and tap-in for Bozons' 2nd goal. Bozon also got assist and 1st star of game. Reway gets 1g 1a and MacMillan-Scherbak get another assist. Audette also 1a, but only 2a in last 6 games
DON
Sniper Lernout gets hat-trick, +3 and #1 star. (6g 15pts in 27 games) Nice to see him score, he has been pretty quiet for a while, still keeping PIMs relatively low. Scherbak with 1a and was only guy on his team to be + Fucale wins another
dlbalr
Scherbak was also stretchered off the ice with what's thought to be a back injury.
DON
Scherbak was also stretchered off the ice with what's thought to be a back injury. others said his knee also may have been injured in hit? Reway adds 1a and basically 1pt/game so far this year.
DON
Scherbak was also stretchered off the ice with what's thought to be a back injury. Great to hear he didn't stay overnight in hospital, but leaving on crutches is not great to hear.
DON
Supposedly even better reports on Scherbak, that is just leg bruise? Reway had another good game, 1g 1a and shootout goal.
dlbalr
Russia released their preliminary WJC list today. Nikita Scherbak is not on the 38-man roster. It's believed to not be injury related either.
DON
Russia released their preliminary WJC list today. Nikita Scherbak is not on the 38-man roster. It's believed to not be injury related either. Maybe he simply pissed off wrong person, is gay, or who the heck knows? But politics can play a big factor in Canadian and USA national team selection also. Just hope he is back soon, keeps leading Everett and improving. DON
Bozon gets 1g 1a on PP, 7th g in 11 game, nice start. Sniper Lernout also gets his 7th g, in 29 games. Audette get his 14th a GWG, 5points in last 3 games, better. Reway with 1g and still 1point/game pace, got 16+minutes. Fucale on winning streak 5 games. dlbalr
No big surprise here, Zach Fucale has made Canada's WJC team.
dlbalr
This one may be a bit of surprise considering he was cut from summer camp but Michael McCarron will be at the USA WJC camp. 17 forwards were invited.
DON
Maybe Big Mac will be a BIG pain come the USA vs Canada world junior game?
DON
Lehkonen, pointless in 8 games. Scherbak came back Sunday with a bang,1g 1a, +2 in a loss and still #1 star of game, just great to see he wasn't injured bad and no big set back. 30pts in 20games. Scherbak tied for 21st in scoring and Lernout tied for 21st in d-scoring.
ICEWATER77
nice to see McCarron playing his way back into the mix. now make the team big mike
JCPetit
This one may be a bit of surprise considering he was cut from summer camp but Michael McCarron will be at the USA WJC camp. 17 forwards were invited. He should make the team. He has been nothing short of impressive with his team this season. What is very good is that he looks comfortable playing centre. What if he became the big centre we have been craving for so long?

What is very good is that he looks comfortable playing centre. What if he became the big centre we have been craving for so long? Most, if not all of their invites, have been nothing short of impressive with their respective teams this season. I still wouldn't give him good odds of making the team. Just glancing at their roster quickly, I think he'll be vying for a fourth line role which would make him far from a lock.
DON
Nikita is showing zero signs of slowing down. 2 games back since injury and #1 star in both games! . He had 2g 1a yesterday (5points in last 2games) for 14g 33pts in 21 games, not too shabby at all.
