DON
Juulsen going down injured, seems to coincide with collapse of Everett in the series. But, as a 19year old he will be back in WHL again next season, unless sticks with Habs (which wont happen). Will he be back with Everett or traded this summer? Machine of Loving Grace
Bummer if we lose him.
dlbalr
Bummer if we lose him. It's not the Habs that would be trading him in that scenario, it's Everett and his junior rights that would be trading him.

DON
il Lehkonen continues to lead the way in SHL playoff scoring. He had 2a, 16:38 in a 3-2 win today. UP 3-1 in SHL finals, so may be done next game.
dlbalr
Reway's agent suggested that they're waiting to hear from the Habs before deciding on what to do for next season. Apparently he would 'strongly consider' an NHL offer, how about that. More interesting to me is that his North American rep is Gerry Johansson. He's the agent for Gallagher and Price so there's a bit of a working relationship there. http://www.rds.ca/hockey/canadiens/une-solution-a-l-interne-1.3304766

dlbalr
Reway was hurt in a tune up game vs France today. Early reports speculate it could be another concussion (or continuing symptoms of the continuing symptoms that came after a midseason concussion). Yes, that does read correctly - after being concussed, he came back briefly before being shut down with a recurrence of the symptoms. DON
Was noted Lehkonen is one point off Daniel Alfredsson playoff points record for Frolunda. And up 3-1 in the finals, he may just have one more game to tie or best it.
dlbalr
Well, that didn't take long. Lehkonen scored twice in the first period to get the record.
Dalhabs
They won the game and the championship as well. Nice ending on Lehkonens time in Sweden if he joins the habs organisation now.
DON
Well, that didn't take long. Lehkonen scored twice in the first period to get the record. His teammate tied him with 19 points, but Lehkonen had 11g to lead playoffs. (he had 16:20/gm in playoffs, which was 49th in forward icetime/gm)
Trizzak
Alfredsson scored more goals and had 18 points in 2 fewer games, but also Lehkonen is 20 FREAKING YEARS OLD and didn't set this record after playing 9 seasons in the NHL so... Lehkonen > Alfredsson, obviously.

dlbalr
One of the particularly nice things with Lehkonen's playoff run was the game-to-game consistency. In his 16 games, he had at least a point in 14 of them and finished with at least a point in eight straight games.
Dalhabs
Only watched one game during the playoffs but in that game he wasnt afraid of going hard into the corners and being physical.
Davehab
ya I just watch a Lehkonen highlight package from his season, and man oh man does he have a release. Most of the time his wrist shot was in the net before the goalie(s) could even move. Not to mention that he can dangle and has an impressive one-timer and snap shot. but he does look small (which is Probably why we were able to get him where we did in the draft) if he was 6'2 he looks like top 15 for sure. If he is eligible to play on the rock next season he should. At least he would get a couple of call-ups through out the season.

Emelin -1 in 3-1 loss to Finland Plekanec -2, Nygren 1g in 7-2 loss to Sweden Bozon skunked couple days ago for France Euro-Hockey Challenge, I assume is a world championship tune up tourney? dlbalr
Euro-Hockey Challenge, I assume is a world championship tune up tourney? Pretty much, yeah. It's a chance for those countries to figure out their final cuts.
