Habs tied for 19th in league today, given up lots of goals.

SJ giving up 4.32 goals/game, hope Habs light em up tomorrow.

I can’t even describe just how much I want Slafkovsky to have a 5 point game against them.

Perhaps we have a great road trip for a change.

You just jinxed the Habs ... SJS get their first shutout of the season.

This is a game where the visitors are thinking, “hey, we may suck, but we should be able to win this one.” And a game where the home team is thinking the exact same thing 😉

vs SJ?... shouldnt be needed, so flip a coin?:spamafote:

Mike Hoffman does have 4g in his last 4 games (he now has 4g in 18games), so he is pretty hot and has that wicked shot.

The Sharks are an atrocious example of a team that clung to the fantasy of contending long past the closing of its window. They truly blow chunks - and apparently have few prospects in the system. Yikes

The Habs better win this game.  They can't keep losing to teams that are under them in the standings - especially bottom feeding teams such as the Sharks.  I used to hate day games because the Habs had a terrible record but over the last few years they have definitely improved in that regard.

Nice work by Slaf on Kova's goal.  I definitely liked that he was out front of the the Sharks net and bumping their 2 d men.  It was good on Slaf to be somewhat containing the 1 dman so he couldn't get in the way of Kova's shot.
