Somehow, i dont think i will miss Pearson. Go Jesse!

Too bad about him, his career is probably over. He had a good run.

Ylonen may also be on thin ice, but as a young guy he may get more chances.

Yeah, I thought the challenge was a stretch. Bah.

When I first saw the replay just after the goal, I thought there was a chance they could win if they challenged.  Then I saw a few more replays after the challenge and it looked like a bit more of a reach.

Definitely an entertaining period. Barron with a nice sliding block at the end. Armia with two great scoring chances. And Slafkovsky giving no quarter to Tkachuk.

3 shots for Armia in the 1st.

Armia was a beast, if I'm being honest.

Interesting to see Suze getting so peeved. The refs are letting a lot of crap go.

Entertaining game, though.

Anyone else annoyed by the EA Sports "circle" appearing under the player they're talking about? 💩

Not quite as annoying as the FoxTrax but still ...

That's better than when they attempted to copy ESPN with the bubbles above whoever has the puck.  It's goofy but at least it's subtle.

Weird gaffe by CC in the SO.

Draftists get their win, i.e., a loss. The Habs need to learn how to lock down a lead. They are atrocious in that regard.

A surprisingly hard-fought game considering the negligible stakes. These two young teams really don't like each other. If both franchises start to emerge as playoff teams around the same time, we could be seeing the beginning of a major rivalry for years to come.

All four Ottawa goals were on a man advantage (the last one with net empty) though. Our PK has been somewhat more respectable recently, how is it that the Sens managed to score four on the Habs?
