Very deserved. I am just very surprised he did it as it's so out of character for Gallagher but if you do the crime you do the time. If someone did that to a Hab's player we would be outraged.2 points

No news on lines Harris in because "we are healthy and it is a competitive league" ... I would also note that Pittsburgh has the 3rd fewest PIMs per game, not the most physical team Harris always impresses me with how he handles himself with the media1 point

A random note on an old friend in Pittsburgh's lineup, tonight will be Lars Eller's 1,000th game. He may not have lived up to being a full-time top-six centre but he has had a pretty good NHL career all things considered.1 point

He wasn't a 1st but pretty close (33rd overall), could be Frost but not a chance I would trade Arber 1 for 1 for either of those players.1 point

I certainly don’t want another year of three goalie rotation. Allen only has one more year on his contract but it would suck to go through this next season as well. Hughes may not want to use a retention spot on Allen but is it better to keep him and try again next year? Maybe Primeau is more tradeable1 point

Based on where the Habs are now and not counting on any lotter luck, Eiserman and Lindstrom will likely be gone but Catton or Helenius still sound good. Looking at the history of drafts, I know there are busts in the top 10 but there are also really good players found in the 10-20 range. Maybe an outlier, but pasternak was taken at 251 point

As a declining, overpaid vet, Gally needs to get more disciplined. He takes too many dumb penalties in general, and an egregious dirty hit like this not only hurts the team but tarnishes his reputation.1 point
