Captain_Stealth
He's been killed in a motorcycle accident. Such a talented young defenceman, he was way too young to go. A very sad day for hockey. Been reported on TSN. Here's another... Link I wish his family and friends all the best. :puke:

Habitforming
I heard this at around 11:30 today but thought it was BS. Sadly, it isn't. Condolences to the Bourdon family. Tragic
Habsfan84
That just really sucks. These kids are dying far too young. Micky Renauld and then this kid. A terrible year for Hockey in that regard. My condolences to all of his families and friends. RIP

House11
Reminds us all of how precious life is and how it can be over just like that. Sad day for hockey and for the Bourdon family.
Athlétique.Canadien
I was shocked. I caught the news on another board and I couldn't believe it. I went and told a co-worker and he said "no way, that's gotta be a joke. I told him TSN had nothing on it since I last checked for confirmation. Right after that I walked across work on the floor, TSN had updated. He opened it and said "Oh God" in stereo with my "Oh Christ". Really sad and it does leave a sombre, flat and flavourless feeling upon hockey. Stanley is going to have a little less shine on it when it's won My condolences to friends and especially family. Habsfan84
I'm really hoping that the NHL will have a moment of silence before the next game in Pittsburg and will pay the player honour.
