lazy26
Interesting to see Halak in net. The boys had better show a better effort than last game; this is a crucial game. GO HABS GO!!!!

Athlétique.Canadien
I like how on Habsinsideout they make the point that this is a sign that Halak has been annointed number 1. He's already our de facto number 1. We should be in a for playoff intense game. I feel like it's useless to post lately because I'm stating the obvious. Must win game...again. And the Rangers and Toronto. More must wins. Everything seems obvious lately. Hopefully winning becomes obvious Hopefully the Moore-Moen connection continues to sizzle! Two goals last game for that line with Sergei getting one of them. I like the way this team is coming together down all the lines. Kill the B_sta_ds! Athlétique.Canadien
I'll be at the game tonight!! Let's hope our boys put in a better effort than against the Oilers!Especially out of the gate. When the Oilers took the 1 goal lead (2-1) and pressed I wondered if we were facing the Capitals or something. Hopefully the Oilers made the team learn their lesson! Enjoy the game. Wish I was there Edited March 13, 2010 by Athlétique.Canadien

saskhab
"A softie...as they say!" Hah Bob Cole...you may bleed Blue and White..but I have missed you calling games. Bob never really bleeded Blue and White (those of us who remember his calls in the late 80s and early 90s know he was excellent), he just ended up doing their games for so long (it was HNiC itself that moved to being Toronto centric) he knew their team way more than the rest of the league. He's doing better with the lesser schedule of games I think. The #1 gig with HNiC he wasn't able to do anymore especially the past 5 years. saskhab
NICE play by Markov and Sergei scores on the tap in. Completely facked Rask out thinking he was going around the other way.
Athlétique.Canadien
So, who is upset about the 2nd rounder for Moore now? It's obvious we traded for him to sign him. He's on a MISSION! bar
Haha...Sergei...I want him to bust out...he has the skills..maybe his recent success can propel him forward. You guys notice the other players when Sergei scores how happy they are for him....I'm loving the attitude of the team this year! So, who is upset about the 2nd rounder for Moore now? It's obvious we traded for him to sign him. He's on a MISSION! He wants a home...give this man a home!!!
Athlétique.Canadien
I find it very interesting to ask fans at this point about both UFA's: who would you rater have, Moore or Cullen? There's still a lot of season left before we can assess this but Moore is bringing it for sure Maybe Cullen will prove me wrong but we paid less than the Sens did. The only counter argument is that Goats ran up the price for trades which I don't buy. Sometimes you pay what you pay to get what you want or need!!! Not necessarily what armchair GM's think on public boards. Good trade! Edited March 14, 2010 by Athlétique.Canadien
bar
Wow...Markov is playing like shit this year what gives?
Athlétique.Canadien
Markov should have cut him behind the net. Gill did the same sort of gaffe against the Oilers the other night.
Sir_Boagalott
umm, why is that Markovs fault? OB should have cut off any pass attempt, and he didnt. Ryder got out in front of him and when that happened Ryder was able to pass to anybody.
bar
Wow..throwing OB under the bus? He played the passer perfectly...Markovs man beat him to the net and it was Ryder...not super speedy guy.

It's no indictment on Markov. Hockey ain't easy, even for the best. It's much easier to type it than to respond on the ice. No big deal really. bar
Markov has not been up to HIS high standards this year so I was questioning him on it...maybe he's still injured..who knows.

bar
Yea offensively...but his defensive play has been suspect lately. Just curious if there's anything wrong with him. This is a discussion board right?
