brobin Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Chucky is making terrible passes and plays that are killing the PP. He definitely has a confidence problem. Quote

Guest Stogey24 Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Chucky needs to shoot the ####ing puck. Just fire the thing. Stop making those passes Quote
l<OV4L3V Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I am so thankful the lord spared my ears from Paul Rominuk's commentary on SN. this game is on NBC national TV, but if you are a Pierre Mcguire Hater, you're S.O.L Quote
brobin Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Taken from another board, but sums it up nicely. " Max Pacioretty has four goals over his last 19 games – just one assist in five playoff games. He leads the playoffs with 24 shots on goal of 46 shot attempts. 16 have been blocked; 6 have missed. Alex Galchenyuk has three assists in the series but has failed to score a goal in fifteen straight post season games. His last playoff goal was the overtime winner in the second game of the opening round series vs. Tampa April 17, 2015. Galchenyuk has 4 goals in 27 playoff games." - malmn Quote
zumpano21 Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I just clicked in. We're up 1-0. We're out shooting them 8-2. HW... pick it up and get behind your team. Quote
The Chicoutimi Cucumber Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 When Radu is blocking shots and Patches is throwin' 'em, you KNOW it's an elimination game Quote
Chris Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Yea, because the first 5 games don't mean anything, Need to play that way all time Quote
The Chicoutimi Cucumber Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Galy had a great shift in the O zone there Quote
brobin Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Chucky is shooting more. Maybe Shaw is reading the board on his phone and calling down adjustments. Lol really impressed with Radulov. Stepping it up in the playoffs in all areas. Quote
The Chicoutimi Cucumber Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I have to admit...Ott has won me over The guy is an absolute pain in the arse Quote
Guest Stogey24 Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I hated Steve Ott before he came to Montreal. I love the guy now. He brings it every Single shifts, has a head on his shoulders, stands up for his teammates, wins draws. The guy is a perfect 4th liner Quote
The Chicoutimi Cucumber Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Radulov is God. Just dominant down low Quote
sbhatt Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 There has been some tremendous pressure in the NYR end...just need a tad more finish. Very encouraging effort so far. Quote

Very encouraging effort so far. The problem with this series is that the Habs can dominate huge portions of the game and only come away with a one goal lead, or come out tied. And that's what happened in that period. All the Rags need is one shot, and all that work is wasted. Quote
Guest Stogey24 Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 If we even had a certified #2 centre to slot in between Max and Rad, I think this team would be completely different. Danault just doesn't have the finish Quote
brobin Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Anyone else worried that once again, after dominating, they got one goal and couldn't extend the lead. Rangers will be storming out in the second. Quote
Chris Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 of course, they do this alot, no offensive finish Quote
Lovett's Magnatones Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Pierre has a name for the fourth line: The Mayhem Makers, lol Quote

sbhatt Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 1 minute ago, THE Bobby Orr said: refs are terrible... The 'follow-through' high stick exemption saved Kreider 4min there Quote

I had a completely different read/opinion on him prior to Montreal. 1 Quote
