Cataclaw
Points: 5653 Wins: 2424 Shutouts: 1 3 Powerplay: #2#6 Penalty Kill: #19 #27 Last 10: 6-2-26-3-1 Starting this week, after this game, i'll be making the game threads 48 hours in advance. There may be imprecisions in the projected line-ups as a result, but you guys seem to be hungry for pre-game discussion so this will do this trick Edited January 23, 2008 by Cataclaw
Habsfan24
Great GDT. I have a feeling Kovalev is going to have a monster game tonight. Also I think I read somewhere that Ryder Higgins and Saku are back together tonight...

Cataclaw
you need to shuffle the players a little higgins-koivu and ryder kovy-kosty and plek kostitsyn-smolinsky bégin latendresse lapierre and ?? brisebois wont be playing for a while. Montreal needs to score in the 1st 5 mins of the game, Boston will come out with fire in their eyes. Cool, thanks, but do you have a source for that or is just speculation? All i could dig up for certain is what i posted. Edited January 22, 2008 by Cataclaw

sbhatt
This is a must-win game...we have a tough stretch coming up for the remainder of the month. Kovalev is going to have to re-ignite the powerplay if we're going to win this game, I think.

Habsfan
Every time the Habs plyed the Bruins this season, I told myself that this was the game that our boys would finally lose one to the pooh-Bears, but everytime, our boys proved me wrong. Now, once again, I tell myuself, we have to lose one game against the bruins...I just hope it isn't this one! Go Habs GO!!!
ForumGhost
I don't know about the Koivu line reunion. Ryder hasn't been playing so bad on Smolinski line. Plus, I don't think we'll see much offensive production of Sergei playing on the fourth line. Seems like a waste to me.
Habsy
Nice picture of Montreal in the game thread Cataclaw. Good job.

Well we haven't been seeing much offensive production from him playing on Koivus line either. Saku, Higgins and Ryder have some chemistry together, hopefully they can create some chances tonight. GO HABS GO if the versus guys are the same as the ones who did the pens-caps game yesterday, I dont think its an improvement over the bruins guys. I get stuck with the other teams announcers every night. One night I had to listed to Aaron Ward calling the game while he was on the IL and talking shit about half the team he did not like. i grew up listening to La Soiree du Hockey, all I understood was est le but!! I would actually prefer that sometimes.

Athlétique.Canadien
Worried about this one. The law of averages makes me wonder. I hope they can win again but Johnnyhasbeen made a good point recently and I concur that we might be heading towards a minor slump I hope not - GO HABS GO :hlogo:
Wamsley01
got to start the teaching while they're still young !! we call it teaching, others call it brain washing. I am fine with either term. My son actually thinks the Toronto Maple Leafs Suck is their official team name. Worried about this one. The law of averages makes me wonder. I hope they can win again but Johnnyhasbeen made a good point recently and I concur that we might be heading towards a minor slump I hope not - GO HABS GO :hlogo: But wouldn't the law of averages work even more for us on Thursday against NJ? lazy26
The boys had better bring their A-game, because there's no way Boston is gonna let this one come easy. GO HABS GO!!!
