brobin
Sigh.. other then that great effort by PK, the PP was a bust again. At least the boy showed that they do know that the puck moves faster then skating and started to move the puck to get some space.
BCHabnut
That was good period. Spacek and Price are the goats tonight so far
hab29RETIRED
Aside from his goal, how is AK46 ? (I'm at work, no tv, just CKAC) I think he has been the best habs forward tonight.
dlbalr
It's not often I think the team is out of it in a 2-goal game but I've got a bad feeling about this one. This is not a team that plays well at a frenetic or panicked pace and for the majority of the game, they've been doing just that. They were better towards the end but Boston was sitting back too much as well. They'll need a much better effort to have a shot in this one. BrenDittero
That was good period. Spacek and Price are the goats tonight so far I wouldn't go as far to say that Price is a goat. The first goal he didn't have much of a chance, the second barely went in. Price has been too good this series in my opinion to give him a hard time now. PMAC
A quick goal to start the third to pressure the Broons is what we need

BrenDittero
Perhaps it's time to summon the power of the banana... It's gonna take more than one banana to get out of this

Price has been too good this series in my opinion to give him a hard time now. He was not hugging his post on the second goal and gave the puck away in the third goal. No biggie. He has played well otherwise

hab29RETIRED
come on boys - if they tie it up it should really deflate the bruins
hab29RETIRED
now why couldn't they play like this to start the game??????
brobin
Even if they don't come back to win, they at least showed up and made it a game. They can take that confidence into the next game. The key is to go back to Boston up two games, not tied.

BrenDittero
Huge pressure being applied by the Habs. At least it answers the question" how will the Habs play when they don't get the first goal" Bad first period but a big push in the 3rd.
