DON
Many wont be pleased that is Beaulieu and not Gilbert to be scratched.
Davehab
Many wont be pleased that is Beaulieu and not Gilbert to be scratched. Our Defense is very deep this year. Someone has to sit and the Emelyn/Pateryn pairing looked really good last game. I personally think that Markov should be sitting a few games before the playoffs. I have noticed that Gilbert has been much better since the trade deadline after every media outlet was saying now much of an upgrade Petry is over him, looks like he's playing like he has something to prove. sim.on
So crazy, a few weeks ago Beaulieu was being heralded as the number 3 guy on the back end and now Pateyrn seems to have come out of nowhere to play a bunch of games. All that depth on the back end could sure come in useful in the playoffs.
Guest Stogey24
Many wont be pleased that is Beaulieu and not Gilbert to be scratched. Gilbert looked good last game because Beaulieu did all the pinching and Gilbert could sit back. Definitely wouldn't be against 7 D. MT isn't going to roll four lines against SJ like they did to Carolina
ICEWATER77
We've got 8 NHL D (ok then, 9 with The Dream) and will most likely need each of them. I'd actually start resting AM now that his replacements are more reliable
Chris
Gilbert looked decent when he plays on the RD instead of the LD. The pairings should be Subban Markov Beaulieiu Petry Emelin Gilbert Better balance
habs rule
Let's put another nail in the Sharks coffin. No need to worry about how they play in the playoffs if they don't make it. They are a bunch of losers anyway. :gohabsgo:
Guest Stogey24
Dec.11/2011 was the most recent goal scored by a Hab on San Jose. It was by Cole too, so...
Dalhabs
I take it mr 30/31 isnt with us anymore. I know he could make a rock angry but I felt he pulled himself together lately so a bit surprised. Sad to see Flynn scratched. Has he been bad lately?
Chris
No, the Malholtra line has been arguably the habs best since Flynn left the game. I would put Flynn between Galchenyuk and PAP, DD has been brutal lately. Maybe wake him up being scratched.
dlbalr
Sad to see Flynn scratched. Has he been bad lately? I can't tell for sure if he's scratched or not. He was DTD with an injury but could have played if he had to. That was a few days ago so I'm presuming now he's ready to go but it's a guess. DON
Why did Galchenyuk refuse media interviews today, Boone noted he did. Is he just pissed at being a bit 'snakebit' for awhile now?

Dalhabs
What would make you say that? I think he was posting yesterday. All threads are usually filled with his posts and they werent now so I just wrote something. Looking at it now it seems I wrote it like he would have passed away or something like that. My fault. BCHabnut
Habs need to beat these guys Tampa and Ottawa this year.
dlbalr
I think the Habs are tired of getting beaten badly by the Sharks. That's the most focused and intense I've seen them to start a game in a while. That was a very good first period.
habs rule
All you guys who like the embellishment rule need to look at that penalty the galagher got. WTF was that? Ref wanted to send him off, it was the only thing he could think of since Gally had done zippo wrong. Absolute BS. But that is just my opinion of course.
