Psycing
Look forward to seeing the Wings. They have a similar record to Montreal (I believe at one point the records were almost identical, lol). :ghg:

lazy26
This game is really important in the sense of how well that Habs can play when they have to. They've got a lot to prove; it's the start of a brutal week, they've lost a fair bit recently, and they were destroyed on Saturday. They need to prove in this game that they've got a chance of doing deep in the playoffs. I still have faith. I expect a big game from Koivu. GO HABS GO!!! :hlogo:
Cataclaw
Can't let the negative feelings from last game carry on to the next. What's done is done. Carbo surely had some strong words for the team, and here's hoping the guys react positively and come out with a big win!
JMMR
Aebischer is starting? This game will be very tough but super important for the rest of the week because Tuesday night for Vingault's return and Luongo will be no fun at all if the Habs have lost two in a row going in. The Chicoutimi Cucumber
The Habs will not lose. The lingering effects of the flu will probably have passed, the team will be hungry and re-focused, and Carbonneau will have extracted at least one tooth from each player with a rusty pair of pliers. And I dunno, I have a funny feeling about Kovy for this one. We'll see

That game was phenomenal...That was AK27 at his best

Easy Ryder
I can just imagine how people will panic if Montreal get spanked like they did in Ottawa. For the first time of the year, Carbo will be anxious on how his players react. If they let him down they come back tomorrow and media will be all over him with sharp teeth. JMMR
Yeah zumpano21 these were the lines this morning. Higgins/Koivu/Johnson Kovalev/Plekanec/Samsonov Latendresse/Lapierre/Ryder Streit/Murray/Perezhogin
Cataclaw
I don't think i agree with moving Johnson to the first and Ryder to the third.. I would have gone with: Higgins-Koivu-Kovalev Latendresse-Plekanec-Ryder Samsonov-Lapierre-Johnson Murray-Streit-Perezhogin However, Guy Carbonneau is the coach, not I, and he has better knowledge of his players and their interactions. I trust his judgement. Hope it pays off tonight! GO HABS GO

What is up with Johnson on the first line and Higgins on the third...you don't demote a player like Higgins, because he is producing. However, I've said it a couple of times and I'll say it even more - When Carbo experiments a little with the lines, I find that they do not last the same throughout the entire game, and if he starts with these lines, you can probably bet that Carbo is going to change them around a tad bit as the game goes on.
