MAK
West Sharks in 5 Wings in 7 Canucks in 6 Chicago in 6 Dark horse: Jackets. East Boston in 4-5 ( I know, I know...) Washington in 6 Carolina in 5 Pittsburgh in 7 not much of a dark horse but I think Carolina could do damages. PMAC
My fearless predictions: I dont care if I get any right except the winner of the first series listed :hlogo: East MTL in 6 NYR in 7 NJ in 5 Pitt in 6 West ANA in 7 DET in 5 VAN in 5 (although I could have flipped a coin on this one) CHI in
Fanpuck33
MTL in 7: I'm likely wrong, but I can't in good conscience vote against the Habs. WAS in 5: The Rangers gave up more goals than they scored this season, so Theo won't have any troubles. CAR in 6: Brodeur has been beatable and the Canes are hot. PIT in 5: Same result as last year's meeting in the Conference Finals. SJ in 5: The Ducks stumbled into the playoffs and the Sharks are finally for real. CBJ in 7: Could be the best series of the first round - the defending champs versus the hungry newcomers. Columbus fans are close enough to Detroit and so hungry that there will be a strong Jackets presence in the not-yet-sold-out Joe Louis Arena. STL in 6: Sundin can't get past the surprising Blues. CHI in 4: The Hawks should have no problem fanning the Flames.

Cataclaw
Habs in 4. You heard it here first. +1 Just because this season has been so weird, that the least likely thing to occur... will probably find a way to occur. MAK
+1 Just because this season has been so weird, that the least likely thing to occur... will probably find a way to occur. I chose Boston in 4-5 but I could see MTL win in 4 as well. such a weird season.
