Toronthab
They are not mentally in this yet. Giveaways all over the place. Zero defensive intelligence. This is about as badly as I've seen them play.
BrenDittero
That is a sad PP. Missed passes all over the place and no control. Hope they can step up their play for the 2nd.

Wamsley01
Halpern should have shot the puck and waited for the 20 foot rebound.

There have been some pretty good rebounds, but guys are always off to the side.

hab29RETIRED
and now JM has broken up the AK46-Pleks-Cammy line put a defensive player on that line and they are pinned into their own end for 40 seconds.

Wamsley01
Cammalleri very weak and uncommitted on the half board puck support. They are being outworked everywhere. Edited April 24, 2011 by Wamsley01
hab29RETIRED
i really don't get why JM can't give Eller or Desharnais a chance to play with Gionta, or at least let Eller and Desharnais play together. It would be nice to have the two of them have a real chance to provide some offense. And now CBC going on about the Bruins depth and production from the 3rd/4th line versus montreal. Main reason for that is that JM has handcuffed those lines with one offensive guy and two guys who can't score.

If Montreal had held on last game they would point to the Bruins best players not being their best players. Habsy
Four passes to clear the zone, FOUR. Then put it directy onto the stick of Bruin defenceman.

The Chicoutimi Cucumber
Crappy effort. It does look like last year's series vs. Washington, except that these Bruins don't have that kind of firepower so there's really no excuse. Not having a great grasp of tactical intricacies, I'm tempted to say that the Bruins altered their game in some way at about the mid-point of Game Four and that the Habs have yet to adjust in response. All that being said, this is exactly the kind of situation you want to be in. Price has given us a shot. One great period and we're ahead in the series. LET'S GO LES BOYS!!! TurdBurglar
Refs are letting them play tonight, like last game and Boston won. Letting them play favors Boston, so the refs will let them play. Like the trip on Gomez, there's no way thats not a penalty, no way they didn't see it, just never called it. Couple of shifts later Subban gets his hands in someone's face and the refs have a talk with him. On a side note, when Thomas is screened Montreal needs to shoot high, he drops low to see the play, so shoot high.

Ference had that fortune last game, he couldn't hit that spot on the move 1 of 25 times without a goalie. It looks like the team who gets the most fortunate break is going to win tonight. The Bruins started working harder and caught some breaks. Habs were out chancing them 16-6 and were only up 3-2 last game. The Bruins and Habs have both had a couple of pucks bounce just out of reach tonight. The one that doesn't is going to end up in the back of the net. First minute had two pucks sitting there waiting for a stick. And there is the bounce. Edited April 24, 2011 by Wamsley01

hab29RETIRED
you could see that coming a mile away. FRiggin JM, mix up the bottom three lines damn-it to generate some offense. JM just has no ability to make in game adjustments when things aren't working With Wiz out, and the useless SPacek and Sopel, we are really in tough. Why the hell couldn't he sit one of those turkeys Edited April 24, 2011 by hab29RETIRED
