Prime Minister Koivu
I feel the dam breaking tonight. Habs are going to dominate and score at least 6
alfredoh2009
I am not that optimistic, but I still think they will win. If KK’s line performs well, I expect a close game determined by special teams ( like I did last game ) If Anderson doesn’t play , it will take a great performance from Carey “the hobbit” Price

I think Carey is gonna snap into form after an improved outing last time, but that’s just an irrational feeling on my part.
habs#4,9,10,33
Price always warms up mid season and finishes strong at end season carry over into playoffs, That’s where we’re at now. I’m also expecting a solid game tonight and moving forward from Price. I’m sure he’s feeling a little guilt on Waite’s firing and will take this to heart. Didn’t Price say a few years ago that sometimes he feels l’île a Hobbit when things are not going well because he doesnt even go to the supper market? I think he may be suffering from “hobbitness” at this time, also “Gandalf” Waite spent time recently with him before sending him on his quest ... a stretch , I know , but that is what I meant .... invisible or heroic Edited March 6, 2021 by alfredoh2009 Clarified further

He has not been good all season for multiple seasos now. But, for some stretches in good play!!

Prime Minister Koivu
KK on the PP reminds me a lot of Kovalev just on the opposite side. The way he slows things down. Jets are a good team, I hope they play the leafs first round. Fairly even period I think. Price has made some great saves and he looks good
dlbalr
Not a lot to complain about with that period. Very even and we get the first real break for once.

tomh009
I thought Drouin looked good as well, including the nice breakaway.

tomh009
This game is definitely helping to improve our shooting percentage! But it's about that an opposing goalie had a bad night, too.
xXx..CK..xXx
Good game boys. Winnipeg will now remember the Habs all year.

xXx..CK..xXx
I was just thinking about Armia prior to his goal. I often find that he plays quite well against his former team. He was looking like he had Paul Byron’s skating ability earlier in that shift.
alfredoh2009
When they are scoring like this the D pairings do not matter
